Is very good to stay. the breakfast is very good and the stall very kind

The staff are amazing and Elvis communicated really important information which was priceless. He organised transfers and was extremely helpful. The property is undergoing renovations and my room was a bit tired. I hope to return soon and spend a little more time there and explore the area.

The property looks okay needs maintenance. Close to the airport Las América and a lot restaurants options near the hotel.

The hotel rooms were fine, but is was a very high 3rd floor without elevator and the breakfast area wasn’t clean. The best part was the staff

This hotel is in decent shape, it is located very close to the airport and we used it on a travel day where out flight arrived late and we didn't want to drive to our destination (2 hours away) at night. The staff is nice and the grounds are acceptable.

Nice place to be

Staff was nicely helpful. Boca Chica it’s not the best place but the hotel area wasn’t too bad. Rooms where basic and old. Good breakfast.

I really liked the tranquility and peace there was. The facilities looked quite clean, the pool was delicious and the service was excellent.

Nothing to do with the pics they showed on the web. I paid for an upgrade but very disappointed. Building look like more hostal or shelter. I wouldn’t recommend it for family at all

You will feel like is your home. Abel the security person with his kindness. Iraiza being attentive during morning breakfast. Overall, I felt secure and in home, even staying alone for one night. I will come back if I have to.

Friendly staff. Super clean. Everything seems well maintained. High standards here. There is a safe in the room for valuables. Great pool. Room was great value compared to similar priced hotels in the DR. Walking distance to the beach. Cold AC. I came to try it out for one night but I liked it so much I extended it to 2 nights.

Nuestra experiencia con ellos fue EXCELENTE Hicieron que me gustara el lugar en el momento en que puse un pie en el vestíbulo, mi prometido hizo el check-in un día antes de que yo llegara. Soy muy mala con los nombres creo que era YOMAY.. o ANATIVIDAD ella habla muy bien el ingles, creo que mientras manejaba hacia el estacionamiento ya sabia quien era yo, esa es la impresion que me dio. Nos alojamos allí por 5 noches en abril de 2022, aunque no estuvimos allí todo el día todos los días, pero aún así nos encantó nuestra estadía. Bonita propiedad, sus escaleras están hechas con vidrio, nuestra cama tenía un poco de sonido chirriante pero colchón cómodo, agua caliente, aire acondicionado, teníamos una hermosa vista de la piscina y el hotel en sí desde nuestro balcón. Me gusta donde está ubicado, no está demasiado expuesto ni demasiado adentro, está en el lugar correcto. Desde el EQUIPO DE RECEPCIÓN y EL EQUIPO DE LIMPIEZA hasta EL EQUIPO DE COCINA, los 2 muchachos de SEGURIDAD, el GUY DE JARDÍN, todos fueron amables y profesionales, lo que hizo que nuestros días allí. YOMAY.. me hizo probar algo en el menú que estaba bueno, pero no recuerdo lo que dijo que era. Sigan con el buen trabajo, especialmente el equipo de administración. ESPECIAL Gracias a YOMAY.. y ANATIVIDAD Creo que acababa de empezar el trabajo también NATHASHA aunque escuché que ya no está. No dude en confiarles su estadía, no se arrepentirá según mi experiencia, lo cual espero. no es caro pero cómodo
