My stay at La Quita Inn & Suites @ MSU was great. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a nice pool area to relax in at the end of a busy day. Great location in relations to Mississippi State University.

The property has aged and not well. We didn’t have normal sized pillows. They were throw pillows off a sofa with a pillow case on them. The bed was uncomfortable. The ac in our hallway wasn’t working which made it smell bad.

The property is clean and well stocked. This was our second stay here. We reserved two rooms as we were getting close to the area. Upon arrival, Ebony informed us that the systems had just went down, and she would be unable to get us checked in. She was very cheerful, and apologized for the inconvenience. We went to eat nearby, and as our food arrived, Ebony called to let us know she had checked us in, and all was ready, at our convenience. After a long day of travel with my young child and older parents, her kindness, determination, and humor were just what we needed. She was fun, helpful, & deserves recognition for handling a stressful situation in a very professional & courteous manner! Thank you, Ebony & team! We'll definitely be back, again!

The staff were all wonderful! The handicapped features were not good at all. The door to the bathroom should be reversed for easier access to the shower, the shower bench was too small, they mounted the shampoo bottles where the head goes above the bench, water flows out of the shower so the floors are soaked when trying to exit, and the room as at the end of the hall next to an exit door with no handicapped parking in sight or ramp.

The customer service great. The lady that checked us was so nice, she gave us menus to nearby restaurants. The room was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
