This is a basic, clean and efficient hotel consistent with its brand name. It's well located within easy access to the Indy race track, as well as some nice local restaurants. It is not fancy, but functional and is a good value. The free breakfast is good. Parking is plentiful and free.

Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Did have one night at 1:30 am with someone playing music really loud, and the night person, did not want to do anything unless I found out what room it was.

It *was* clean, and it *was* comfortable. However there were a lot of little things that made it seem sketchy. None of the vending machines on any floor worked, there were no less than 6 neon signs in the elevator about the likelihood of it breaking down (which it did) and what to do if that happened. The showerhead had a terrible leak in it and wouldn't hang correctly.The microwave wasn't plugged in and had to be moved to another location to use it. The pool? TINY. We actually thought it was a sauna at first and that the pool was somewhere else. The lady checking us in was polite but she didnt seem to know what she was doing--the people ahead of us were given a room which already had someone in it, and I was first told that my card had been declined which was impossible as I had prepaid months earlier. But as I said, it was clean and comfortable and everyone was polite and I may consider staying there again now that i know what to expect.

The AC didn't work right we was hot all night the shower pressure was not goog, the pool was dirty, you couldn't even swim in it, and there was a light out in the bathroom.

The room was not very clean. Bathroom fixtures were rusted and tiles on bathroom floor were loose. The carpet looked black. I was nervous of my small children being on the floor. The first night the fire alarm went off two times for faulty reasons. The second day the power flickered. It wasn’t in the nicest of neighborhoods either. The pool was small and felt dirty too. The breakfast in the morning was decent tho and the closeness to things we were visiting were about the only positives. The only working ice machine was in first floor and there were about 5 signs in the elevator talking about how much it doesn’t work and what number to call if you get stuck.

Checked in at 5:00 and the lady that checked us in was wonderful. We ended up with a really nice room but if I would have told her sooner she would have gave me a handicap room which I really needed but hotels.com doesn't seem to offer when you put that stuff in

Rooms are old. They need new flooring and furniture. I didn't want to walk in my bare feet. Gross. It has an old musty smell. Our toilet handle didn't flush. We told the Frint desk. But, no one came to fix it. I would not stay here again.

The front desk clerk helped us find a great option for dinner and was very friendly.

The hotel is located in an industrial region of the city bordering a changing neighborhood. One needs a car to get there. The parking lot is safe. My room was very, very clean. The front desk people were nice. The included breakfast was good. This hotel is appropriate for a person or family who stays for 1 or 2 nights.

I reserved 3 rooms for a total of 12 people. One of the rooms had cigarette buds in the air conditioning, the other room smelled like someone was smoking. The rooms over all well pretty clean besides that. The one thing i did love was the person in the front desk when we arrived. He was very helpful, nice, and resolved our problems quickly.

The property is very dirty inside and out. Also, drugs were being distributed in the parking lot. The smell was horrible inside the halls.

Elevator was broken. Air conditioner made a lot of noise as well as noises from roads and other rooms were heard.

I liked the updated fixtures in the bathroom and the staff was friendly. Didnt like the location, didnt seem to be any restaurants or anything close. Industrial area. The walls and carpets could use updating pretty badly.

We got in the elevator and it STOPPED… then dropped! I think you better check this out! The check in person said we’d be fine walking to and from the convention center…WRONG! I would recommend Lyft! Don’t say to 2 senior ladies they can comfortably walk to and from the convention center!

Cockroaches in our room.

Shower had mold or bad caulking that looked terrible. A strange smell in the hallway. The place is located next to Main Street and was a little noisy.

Staff was fantastic. Room was good. Price was good. Area around hotel seemed a little run down. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall great hotel. Beds are comfy and the rooms are decently sized. The pool is small and the breakfast is ok: there is hot food and plenty of options, however the food was lacking flavor. But overall great place for the money and we will return.

The hotel looks new. Breakfast was OK, the family had it daily. Nearby there are places to eat. I would stay there if the occation comes.

I like the fact that the hotel is secluded and parking is in the back! Great price for the room and amenities!

The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious and had a lot to offer! Downsides was that the pool area needed a lot of attention… water was murky, lots of trash and used towels around the pool deck, and our room’s carpet had several crusty stains and the hallways had a pretty strong odor.

First room we went to the door was open. Walked in and the beds were not made. So told front desk, gave us new room. It was filthy, and smelled like smoke. Terrible area. Kids couldn’t even seem under water with goggles because the pool was so cloudy/dirty. Very very small pool. Looks nothing like the pictures. The pool in the pictures looks like a hot tub, that’s how small it is. Will never stay again. Checked out a half hour after checking in, and went to a different hotel.

The room was dirty & smelled of smoke. In the middle of asking for my refund back.
