The entire staff that we encountered was awesome. A special shout out to a young lady named Petra who helped us with directions and dinner recommendations. I cant imagine that with all things considered there can be a better hotel in Split.

Very well located and designed hotel. Rooms spacious (our room anyway) and practically furnished (unlike many other places these days). Breakfast has good selection but the seating area is poorly designed and overcrowded.

Overall great experience, the staff was helpful and provided us a curated list of restaurants we must try out and made it simple to reserve the spa and gym facilities. In addition, we had some complications due to our ferry to Hvar being cancelled. They showed us alternative ferries we can book and printed the tickets for us. On top of this they provided us another hour for checkout. Its the small things they do that made the experiecne worthwhile.

This hotel was beyond expectations. The services, the food. The pool, the location, the price, Check was at 10, the extended it for us till noon.

The best place to stay in Split / no need for a car. Perfect location

The staff was helpful and hotel was in a great location especially for our first stay in Split. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and very much appreciated the hostess Leah who gave us some great restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood. She was so helpful and friendly! Breakfast on outdoor patio was fantastic with terrific service and great variety of options. Really good food, too

Very centrally located hotel, good value for the room and really excellent breakfast.

Great hotel in the perfect location. Good breakfast with plenty choice. Our room was very spacious with a lot of attention to detail. Even having a magnified mirror! Always annoys me hotels with rubbish lighting and mirrors for women doing make up - not a problem here. Rooftop bar and pool were a lovely bonus and worth a visit.

The hotel has an excellent location and we loved the great selection of choices at the breakfast buffet. However, the front desk staff could provide better service. Our cruise line left a message with the front desk that was supposed to be passed on to us letting us know when we would be picked up. When I didn’t hear from our cruise line I wasted time emailing and calling them to get the information. Latter in the day I asked the person at the front desk whether we had a message and she checked and said “oh yeah,, your cruise line called and will be picking you up tomorrow at 2:15.” Then, to make matters worse, we waited in the lobby the next day about 20 feet from the front desk and told them we were waiting for our ride, At around 2:25 we got a bit concerned and asked the woman at the front desk if there was a problem with our ride and she said no, they are waiting for you outside. Our driver said he was there for 20 minutes and sent a message to the front desk to have us sent out!

In General the hotel was good. We were surprised by its entrance as we had to search for the lobby. Parking was a nightmare and extremely expensive, we had to pay €75/nights, however the staff were extremely nice and took the car to other nearby parkings and cheaper. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices, a la carte was also available for us. The llcation of the hotel was superbe, a walking distance from the center. In general, the hotel is recommended but dont ever rent a car in split.

Hotel is in great, central location. Rooms are spacious, modern and spotless. Hotel feels more utilitarian than posh, but staff are helpful, breakfast was great and bed is comfy.

Amazing hotel, their customer service is superb , when we arrived we had a complimentary upgrade on our room. The breakfast options are fantastic and the cater for everyone. The spa was very lovely and the rooftop bar was a great way to relax and unwind after a busy day round split. The location is great, so many restaurants and shop’s within walking distance. We can’t wait to visit again and we would definitely stay again at the Cornaro Hotel

Excellent

Excellent location, knowledgeable front desk and breakfast buffet was full of options and delicious food and drink. Roof top shallow pool and bar with breath taking views of Split was an excellent way to relax and beat the heat!

Great rooftop lounge!

Nice location, we had VIP suite.

I did not like having a jacuzzi in the living room kitchen. Noisy and smelled like chlorine. The cleaning was poor.
