Hotel Alila is located at beautiful Morin Heights. Surrounding is very nice. The room was clean and the service is excellent.

There were bed bugs all over the beds. We all got Pecks in the arms, legs and neck. It has been one week and we still got them. We were 5 and there were only two beds. (We asked for another One and they didnt have one) One of them was broken. Moldy bathroom courtain. Worst expérience ever, so far.

There was no TV in the room, the hot water tap was leaking, and the chair upholstery was damaged. Also, I chose this hotel because it showed up with the filters I used for a hot tub. THERE IS NO HOT TUB. Be warned.

Rude reception, over charged for little kids despite having reserved a room with 2 double beds. Raised the voice when we challenged the rate. We used to come here, but clearly the new owners are letting the place run down. Never again

A quiet, simple motel close to interesting towns. The room was large and comfortable. Our only complaint is that we stayed an extra night and was told we hadn't paid enough through Expedia the night previous and owed more money. If they listed the motel for the wrong price, we shouldn't have had to make up the extra charge.

This hotel is only at 5 minutes from St-Sauveur (probably cheaper than St-Sauveur). It is also beside a general store, which includes a grocery, a pizzeria (very good by the way), an impressive choice of beers and wine. It is very convenient. And the guy at the reception desk was very nice and friendly.

We enjoyed a clean and spacious room with the river view. You can see it's an older place, but it's well maintained. We were greeted by a very friendly guy at the reception as well. There's a bakery across the street, great croissants for breakfast. Nothing to complain about.
