Food was excellent and at a fair price. Breakfast was included in our price and you had a choice from two items, as well as four egg choices, rice or toast, fruits, coffee/tea/juice/hot choco. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Air-Con worked very well. We had an issue with our toilet not flushing and were missing a portion of the bathroom window so the street noise was a little more noticeable. Good central location and a small clean pool. Good value for the money. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They have good local tour packages & very kind front desk staff .The last day I was leaving early in the morning they packed the breakfast for me since I was leaving early . The in-house restaurant was very good for quality & taste of food.

I booked this hotel for my mom and her friends. This place is very close to the TAG airport, and they provide free airport shuttle for their guests. Staffs are very nice, and its close to a large shopping centre, a good place for a small stop.

We stayed at a few different places in tagbilaran and found this to be the best at this price level. They are doing renovations to keep the unit up to date. Most hotels in this price range are outdated and in serious need of repair. It also has a pool where most hotels don't.

Walking distance from Terminal 3. Its not really a hotel but residential suites. Highly recommend to make sure which room and which building you will stay by E-mail before your check-in. And tell the owner what time you will arrive. If he is not around, you have to stay longer. There is a shopping mall and also local stores nearby. We found a good BBQ store and bakery.

The hotel is generally good just that the wifi is not good and when it comes to detail, the hotel did not perform well, e.g. no plug near the bed, no toothbrush, hairdryer and the shower is not segregated from the toilet.

It feels like home :) I was amazed by how comfy the beds were and how cold the aircondition was. My booking also includes free breakfast for two.. talk about value for money.. It really was a great experience

My whole stay was nice. They have accommodated my early check in request as I dont have enough sleep prior that day of check in. One of there OJTs assisted to fixed my surprise room design for my partner that was really appreciative.

I went in to check into my room to check it, the bathroom is moldy and i complained to the staff, they moved me to next floor . take note the hotel has no elevator you need to take up the stairs and even if you have a luggage with you no staff offers you to take your luggage up to your room. After they took me to another floor it was the same the bathroom is moldy. Since i cant cancel it I just deal with it, I just slept there at night and take a shower to my other place. Next morning, I went to their restaurant to eat my breakfast. I noticed that theres a hair on my cucumber that was sliced so I called the on site staff. The staff just pick up my plate and pick up the hair strand in front of me and he handed me back my plate. I just look at the wait staff and scold him that, are you serious doing that in front of me? i cant even finished my coffee I just walk out...I cant deal with them. I complained it to the front desk the next day when i checked out. I told her that it was the worst experienced I ever had in my entire life staying at this place. The wait staff were not doing theyre job well, theyre busy watching tv while attending their guests.

You cannot find much better price:value place to stay. Place needs just a bit organizing and it would be really nice. Staff was very nice and helpful. Recommended. + water refill service - no near store and a bit far from centrum/malls. - entrance area outside should be cleaned to give better first impression.

We usually stay here. The price is reasonable and it has many perks such as the swimming pool and free breakfast. The only problem was the wifi and the hot shower. Other than that I give it a thumbs up!

Reasonably priced hotel, about a 10-15min walk from Tagbilaran city centre. Hotel is quite nice for the price. Free breakfast included, pool out back. However, there was no shower curtain or hot water. Aside from this, pretty good.

Customer service was great but the hotel needs an upgrade in details ie bathroom rugs, new towels and linens.
