Decoration and style of the hotel is tacky. But the worst in the huge pillows for the bed that are way too big to be comfortable. Staff it’s helpful and the hotel it’s a nice zone.

Upsetting. Our room was ”double booked” (yeah, right). Elevator was broken, had to walk 5 floors up to reach the room. AC was broken (couldn’t sleep well in 30°C heat). Would have been a good stay otherwise.

I booked the single room for my stay. Unfortunately the room is directly above the very loud, very heavy front door. I was woken multiple times throughout the night as it shook the room every time it was opened. As my stay was quite long I asked to change rooms but had to pay an additional fee of £120 to do this which was very disappointing. The new room was very dirty with clumps of hair on the walls and a really bad smell. I decided to clean the bathroom myself and purchase some air freshener rather than mentioning it to the staff as there would have been nothing they could do. Another guest ended up breaking the front door which meant it was quiet from then onwards.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Very cute hotel. Good location to walk to main tourist areas, or easy access to the tram. Bar and breakfast at the associated hostel across the street is excellent. Rooms are so cute and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Very quiet. We will stay here every time we come to Prague!

I had to spend ten minutes outside the door before check-in because no one was responding to the doorbell or picking up the phone. The room was in general in a bad condition. Didnt smell fresh and the window required several attempts in order to open. Bathroom was also in a bad condition. The staff was friendly, however.

Comfortable, warm room with vintage, quirky decor & nice modern bathroom. Also made use of the wellness spa To relax at the end of one of our days out... really loved that :)

Great location. Room 16 - very noisy across the courtyard due to people talking loudly all night, nothing the hotel could do. The air conditioning unit sporadic. The shower was very difficult to control temperature and water flow. The reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast across in the hostel was great.

Great location within walking of train, subway, tram or bus. Within two blocks of some very good restaurants. Exceptionally clean and comfortable beds. My place to stay on the next trip to Prague!

loved everything about the hotel however unfortunately people staying in room next door were very noisy having parties. staff were helpful at trying to make them stop

We spent four nights at Miss Sophie's. Comfortable and safe and the staff were very helpful, answering all our questions and providing good advice on where to eat, tram tickets, etc. The breakfasts across the street at the hostel were fresh and filling.

The hotel was great. My wife and I loved the look and feel of the hotel. The front desk was amazingly helpful on many occasions. The outdoor seating area was nice and secluded. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and bar at the Miss Sophie's Hostel next door. Only issue was the AC unit did not work, but it was cool enough outside that it was not bad. All around great experience.

Very easy to get to from the airport and public transportation right outside the door. Clean comfortable room. Loved having the breakfasts at the hostel across the street or a beer there at night.

This was a great base for exploring Prague. We visited the hostel across the street for Happy Hour and Buffet Breakfast. we were able to walk everyehere, including the train station.
