Very uncomfortable, beds are dented in , the doors are bent I had to ask for another room.. the floors are dirty , and kids outside yelling and my door was cracked because my husband was bringing in our things and a lil kid open my door , don’t not recommend at all

File this hotel under "you get what you pay for". I normally click on 7-plus in Hotels app, and then select on price and location. No idea how this sketchy facility managed a 7-plus rating. Can't seem to add photos, but there were holes in the bathroom wall, a pervasive funky smell, and strange noises.

I arrived around midnight on Friday. I had a reservation. The clerk gave me the key card. I was pleased to have a downstairs room. I got into the room and realized that the smoke alarm was beeping about every 20 seconds. Sleep would have been impossible, so I went back to the clerk. She suggested that I hit the reset on the alarm. I got up on a low dresser and did so, and I was able to sleep through the night. I didn't ask the day crew to fix it, so it was beeping again on Saturday night. Once again I reset it, and I told the manager as I checked out on Sunday morning. Otherwise, everything was fine. TV, shower, refrigerator all worked. Bed was fine. I would stay there again.

The bed mattress was sucken in in the middle... they had no other rooms available... had difficulty sleeping at night

It is ok but some work on the rooms and buildings finishings could help. Its like the bare level was done to get it up and running

Close to highway and restaurants. The area could have been more clean and updated. The room I reserved was not available due to leaks in two rooms. I was given a King size room and they asked If I wanted smoking or non-smoking. I said non-smoking and was still given a smoking room that had an ashtray on the dresser and smelled like permeated cigarette smoke. The lobby was so sticky my shoes stuck to the floor.

What I didn't like about the property is that it has a strong humidity smell.!!

Close to the highway, quick check-in. The room furnishings are old. We saw cockroaches. Good thing it's only one night.

So far so good. Pretty quiet and safe.

Spent the night while traveling through. Things were fine. Neighborhood/location is a little sketchy. Front desk/lobby is locked unless they buzz you in, even in daylight at 7pm, which is the kind of thing that doesn’t totally inspire a sense of safety when your room opens out into the parking lot. Rooms are dated but we had no cleanliness issues.

I was bare foot walking in the room and later I found out my feets were very dark which I knew that the hotel room floor never been mopped very dirty. I believe this should be improved.

The pillows and mattresses need to be replaced already and it better pillows on the bed. You have to flush the toilet several times, they should check it out. The worst one is that they first gave me one room that supposed to be non smoking but when I opened the door the odor of cigarette or weeds almost killed me. I went back to the office and the gave another one but still saying that it was a non smoking room.

Quiet and peaceful

Why this property had 7 stars baffles me. It’s extremely convenient as it is right literarily off 95 and the return ramp as well. Immediate gas and dining as well as breakfast is within 200 feet. It is a contractor’s motel at best! Don’t be fooled by the pictures they are c photoshopped with a very capable photographer. They look nothing like the site pictures posted. Our linen was soiled with scary stains! We just needed a place to sleep on our 26 hour rire. The neighborhood was shady at best slept with one eye open worried we would get broken in … The front office is like a jail you speak outside to a person with a security drawer… At best it’s a 60$ motel. Unfortunately as convenient as it was we will never stay there again. Doing the same trip in July will likely look at the next door large newly renovated hotel for $69 posted rate!

The toilet would not flush.

It was filthy. Found a fake nail in the bedding. If it hadn’t been after midnight and we hadn’t been driving for 12 hours being exhausted we would have taken the loss and left. We slept with our own blankets on top of the made beds slept for 4 hours and left. Gross

The housekeeper has to remember to change her cloth when cleaning because it was other people hair everywhere.

we did not enjoy at all staying there...We selected based on Google rating (7.2) which was way higher than the other hotels in the area, this was a terrible mistake. We finally stayed only 3 hours in there as we could not sleep....We even did not take a shower. The place was absolutely dirty, the sheet did not seem to have been changed. Hookers seemed to come in and out the surrounding rooms with clients on a regular basis, under the supervision of a pimp that was scouting the parking. To summerize, this was our worst experience ever.

Like other reviewers have said, the hotel is just fine, clean and comfortable beds. However some of the clientele is a little sketchy, there was an extremely loud and heated "domestic dispute" (all night long) in the room next to ours that worried us. The neighborhood isn't the best, but I can deal with that part. Hopefully they enforce a noise policy better in the future and perhaps keep an eye on some of the people who are staying there. Other than that the facility and staff were very good.

Friendly staff Would stay again

The staff was friendly. Right off I-95 so a little noisy but to be expected. Room was ok for a 1 night stay between locations.

Room was clean and appeared updated with new sink, television, bathroom. Air-conditioning worked great. I could put all my cold items from my medium sized cooler into tbe fridge. The flooring was non carpet wood laminate. Only issue was bed was very hard.

I really dunno what to stay, but if ur going witg ur family, dont go, the hotel is good but the area and guests are not

Arrived to find check in at a side window in the hot sun not indoors. Desk person took credit card and disappeared for about 10 minutes with no reason for delay, which turned out to be "the computer was down." Told her I thought she forgot about me and would have appreciated knowing reason for delay. No apology. Room so-so, not updated or all that clean. Sign on hotel opposite was for $30 less for the night. All in all not a good intro to this stay. Regretted it.
