Very nice, quiet and clean property. Big benefit is the Starbucks coffee at the cafe. Much nicer than the Hilton Garden Inn next door. Excellent value

Hotel is clean and the front desk service was quick and efficient. However, the king room is small and the bathroom is tiny and can only accommodate one person at a time. The shower is also tiny and has a removable shower head

Stayed here during a girls trip and we felt the location was perfect for us. Subway was close by and they had many food options within and just steps away from the hotel. The front desk staff are amazing!! Very courteous and friendly. Checkin was quick and easy. We had no issues and they even held our bags before and after we checked in/out. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The service was excellent. All team members were friendly and helpful. The rooms (we had 3) were very clean. Access to the subway was convenient. The only complaint was the noise from the nearby above ground subway which was loud at night. Would stay there again even with the noise.

You made change on car reservation with notified me. Because my was scheduled to pick-up in Boston to returned in New York, and made paid $140 for location returned fee.

I stayed for 2 nights on a family vacation. The front desk staff was very friendly and it was close to the subway for easy transportation. It was clean and well organized, so we felt comfortable and well rested.

Rooms were very small. Thing which bothered me was that there was no space in room to keep and open my suitcase which I had to do only on bed. Our room was 2 queen bed and we were party of 4 my husband, me and 2 kids(8month, 4 year).

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. We could smell smoke on the 11th floor. An announcement was made to "wait for further instructions". This direction seemed ridiculous since we could smell smoke. It did not appear that our safety was at the forefront of the decision making. Then, when I wrote this in a review, the management DEFENDED not having people leave until they "investigated"....isn't that what a smoke alarm is for? To tell people to leave? Very disappointed in how this was handled and the response from the hotel.

The rooms were very clean, kudos to the maids. Room was quiet, slept like a baby. Parking is terrible, although there is a parking garage next door, for about $ 50 dollars a day.. The staff were very friendly.

It's a three-minute walk from the subway station, which is very convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly and have a very good attitude. The room is clean and spacious, and the price/performance ratio is very high.

Nice hotel great location in an accessible area. The room was a bit small for the price, the view wasn’t that great, the shower set up was weird, they didn’t clean behind the toilet prior to our stay but they did accommodate us and the stay was nice. The beds and pillows are AMAZING best sleep I’ve had in a while
