Everything feels good. The only downside is that the room only has heating. Because the weather was warmer when we checked in, the room temperature felt a little hot. Although everything is good, the only pity is that there is no way to adjust the temperature in the room. However, after communicating with the counter, there is an electric fan, which at least allows us to relieve the discomfort a little. Other than this issue, everything was perfect, a hotel worth recommending to stay at.

The room is huge, very clean and comfort. The air conditioning helps with a good night's sleep. The restaurant is great, we had dinner on our last day and we were able to book in on the day.

We felt it was good value for the price. The public bath was nicer than some onsen’s we’ve been in. Location is far out from the main attractions so can be difficult to reach for some people. There is a bus & always taxi if you need. The building is a bit dated but clean. Great breakfast!

This hotel is very good in all aspects , it is to us 5 stars , we felt at home . I can assure you it is too on our list even better than any ryokan ,

When we stayed there, there were very little number of guests as there were no weddings scheduled. So there is a chance that you may have different experience if your stay coincide with events. The hotel has large windows with great view. The big bath on the 8th fl is not a natural spring, but again, it has great view. Recommend to book with dinner and breakfast included to enjoy the relaxing time in the hotel. We would stay there again.

Very traditional Japanese style breakfast. Delicious and polite customer service. Good English speaking staff. Recommended to foreigners. Free parking.

Everything is excellent, don't miss this hotel, note that the only downside is that it does not provide dinner, but breakfast was such a treat, over all we had a great time
