Thus hotel was clean and comfortable. The only ussue was one of the elevators was out, so you had to take an elevator that was on the other side of the hotel from my room.

We had a short, one night stay to see a concert at SPAC. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful, room was clean and everything was in good condition. Highly recommend. Also, you can walk to SPAC for a concert but I do recommend sneakers and keeping in mind the walk back is pitch black. It’s about a 25 minute walk each way.

I was due to stay this past Saturday, but there was a death in my family. I booked through Expedia and Expedia okayed my reimbursement, but the hotel refused. I think this is ridiculous and unkind, and I will tell as many people as I can to not stay in this facility.

We ended up staying at Homewood Suites after a very disappointing experience checking into a different nearby chain hotel, and seeing an extremely unclean room. Homewood was a welcome change - their front desk agent was lovely and understanding, the room was spotless and we were able to get a larger room for less money.

Hotel is in a great location to attend Soac.
Upon check in, I provided a credit card for the two rooms I booked. At 10:30pm that evening
I received a call from my daughter who was in an adjoining room that another couple was sent to their room. It turned out that the person who had checked us in had not done so and never ran my credit card.
My daughter and her husband were then told that my credit card was declined and that they needed to pay or they were calling the police. So at almost 11pm after a very long day and having been sound asleep, I went down to the desk to pay. There had been a shift change so the person at the desk did not totally know the chain If events. The following morning I discussed the situation with staff and was comped the rooms and was told that they would provide a Hilton reward to me. I Called the hotel and have yet to get a reward. It was a special occasions a graduation. We struggled to go back to sleep and needed to be up early. The overall experience was infuriating.

Great location, clean room, and very good breakfast. Staff was very friendly and addressed our requests in a timely manner. Negatives: pillows were very flat, we had to ask for extra ones plus we purchased an additional one. Mattress was very lumpy on one side and not comfortable. Also could not get the chargers to work with my Tesla and a hold of $25 was placed on my credit card every time I tried to use the charger. Luckily the holds were cleared within a couple of hours.

The stay was overall great except the minor incidence with the shower the night before we left, when there was no hot water, but it got fixed the next morning and the receptionist was really nice to extend our check-out by an hour late so that we got to take a good shower before leaving. Comfortable beds and amazing breakfast! Just to add, I do wish to be notified earlier about the incidence, without me having to stand and wait 5 minutes for hot water, except to realize there was none when I got out and called the front desk to find out.

We had a nice stay at the Homewood Suites Saratoga. We were visiting with friends and enjoyed the pool, adjoining room, and complimentary food and drinks one evening. Will stay again on trips to the area.

1 Elevator was broken…they had NO plan or time line to fix! We had to walk down 3 long hallways to get to only other elevator, every time we left room. Hot Tub OUT of Order! N( room clean up, even through we requested.NO trash removal, NO clean towels UNLess we asked twice and called front desk twice. Not enough staff. NO towels in pool area, had to call desk Twice, then they provided us with towels big enough for an infant!! Staffing issue.

The lovely front desk accommodated our late check in just before 1am. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was the perfect firmness for both my partner and I, not too plush or hard. Complimentary breakfast had great options as well and everything seemed fresh. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!
