Great hotel for a long weekend in Paris

Loved it! Except.. - TV NEVER WORKED EXCEPT ON FORST DAY - THE BATHROOM AMENITIES WERE NOT THE SAME AS THE PICTURES ON EXPEDIA.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in Europe. Very nice and helpful staff. the rooms were very clean and our two-bedroom suite, in particular, was very spacious and comfortable. the restaurant was small but had great food and good service. I cant wait to go back.

The hotel offers a modern ambiance with a touch of classic Parisian style. The staff provided excellent and exceptionally friendly service. The room was not only clean but also spacious and filled with natural light. Moreover, the breakfast was a delightful experience, offering a variety of delicious options. I would undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

Great stay in the Marais. Location is good neat place de la bastille. Staff is professional. Rooms are large enough. No tips for improvement other then a larger safe where you can put a tablet in. That gives an idea of the state of this hotel. It is excellent.

The hotel is a great find in Paris (Marais) close to metro stations. Staff is professional and friendly. The spa (sauna"s) are great for relaxing after being in the city or going to the city centre) The only tip i can give is a slightly lager safe as my tablet did not fit in the safe.

I was in Paris for business in the 11th District and was dreading a postage stamp size room and telephone size bath. This was a pleasant surprise. I had a queen size room. Very large even by American resort standards, sofa, coffee table, small dining table with 2 chairs, large bathroom, shower and tub, lots of light and quiet. Veryhelpful staff, nice breakfast and reasonable bar. At about $800/night, a bit expensive for the amenities. But sold out every night. I don't think I would go thre as a tourist as it's a bit far from where the attractions are, but it was perfect for business.

A beautiful hotel and great restaurant

I am so disappointed. You should pictures of the superior room that were nice, clean and decent in size. When I arrived to the hotel, the entrance was surrounded with garbage! The lobby smelled food from the restaurant.. the room was not at all what you showed on you website ! I paid 350$ for a superior room and I was offered a tiny tiny room. I couldn’t move around the bed. I had to carry my luggage to the room because they don’t have a bagagiste. It is not a 5 star hotel !!!! I left the hotel looking for another one ! And they would not refund me !!! It is your fault that you showed wrong info and pictures of the hotel and room. I can’t not trust Expedia again!

Filthy hotel. 2 star at best. My pregnant wife and I booked for 4 nights. We left after the first night as the room was dirty and there was no hot water. Paid in advance for the full stay and they refused to issue a refund. Staff were unhelpful and unaccommodating. Room smells, elevator smells, whole place smells. Do yourself a favour and don’t stay here.

Lovely room, well situated hotel but the staff make it --- great bar staff and friendly and so much fun. Breakfast was nice enough too.....recommend

Great stay! Unfortunately only the total spa was not available which they only told us about less than 1 week before). We usually stay in another district but wanted to change and the spa made us also took this hotel. They didn’t compare it with something else and told us that they also only knew the renovation was last minute. So that’s sad. We also had a renovation from the early morning outside of the hotel as they were building the terrace, so we woke up early. But after all, we were happy to stay here. Beautiful hotel, clean room and the area is also good.

When we go to Paris we always stay in the Marais. It's vibrant and fun with great restaurants, shopping, and metro access. This is our first time at Maison Breguet, which was suggested by a Parisienne friend, but it won't be the last. The staff is lovely, to a one. The restaurant is excellent if you choose to eat in, and the rooms are comfortable, beautifully styled, and spacious. We were in a Jr. Suite that had windows over the courtyard bar that we opened each night. I was concerned that it would be noisy but it never was, not even on Saturday night, and there was always a cool breeze. As is every hotel, restaurant, museum, and mode of public transport in France, the Maison is carefully following COVID guidelines, which was a comfort to us as this was our first trip back to Europe since COVID began. I think we've found our new home in Paris.

Had to prove my paid reservation included free breakfast, annoying.

Check in service was good. To get to the elevator to go to our room we had to walk through the restaurant. Restaurant service was very slow (we had time sensitive tour reservations, told a waiter we needed to order and we ended up self serving a continental breakfast versus a full breakfast as he never came to take our order). Our room was a decent size but had a window that looked into the bathroom from the bedroom (why would you door this). Shower was a decent size with a rain shower water head. A two minute walk to a subway station. A nice hotel but I can’t see how it received 5 stars. Good value for the money for a Paris hotel.
