the stay was mostly nice. everything was clean and tidy in the hotel room, however the female public toilet on the second floor near reception area was awful. i can see the dirt near hinge area between the toilet cover and toilet seat. that dirt looks like it has been there for a long time.
another suggestion, maybe an extra railing inside shower for seniors

Beautiful hotel, great amenities, professional staff, excellent breakfast buffet. The lounge option was very nice too. Pool area a bit too narrow but pleasant.

Love the view from our room so worth the extra $ that we spent. Only 1 problem is we are family of 4 with 2 small kids wants to stay in the same room but when we book through Expedia it only allow 2 adults and 1 child even with suite but thank god when we were there the stuff that helped us, he was really nice and helpful, told us that actually our room can accommodate 2 adults & 2kids. And if we book directly through their website there would be no such problem. So I know what I should do next time because we would definitely stay there again. Convenient location, rooms are clean, nice hotel, friendly stuff, and they actually have filter water in the room that I really appreciate.

A modern hotel located in an exotic old district. The hotel rooms are clean, facilities new, hotel staffs friendly and efficient. The infinity pool is a must try.
There is an old, traditional wet market next to the hotel which offered an intersting glimpse of the local food scene. Stores / street vendors around the market offers deeply valued prices for both goods and food. We grabbed herbal tea, freshly squeezed fruit juice, and light snacks every time when we walked by. We absolutely love the location of this hotel.

Property is located close to bus and train system, situated in a mall and surrounded by lots of shops and eateries. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable room. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are very soft.
The lobby and entrance are very busy anytime of the day. There’re many people sitting in the lobby all day. Not sure they’re the hotel guests or not. A bit strange.
Swimming pool is very small and busy as well.
The lady at the front desk who checked me in who’s a bit cold like a robot. Fortunately, all other staff are friendly.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful - lobby check-in, lobby check-out, lobby luggage attendant. It makes our stay so much more memorable. Also hotel is within 2 short blocks from the North Point bus depot, the tram, and the metro - very covenient.

We like the harbour view. The room condition is relatively new and clean, but the size of the bathroom is quite small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel including the breakfast buffet, with great varieties of selection to choose from.

The staff was very accommodating and kind. We only speak English and there was no language barrier. We actually arrived at 7am and the hotel accommodated us. I will definitely return

The hotel is perfect. The location is only 15min Uber away from the main nightlife districts.
The restaurant / bar at this hotel is also 1 of the best in Hong Kong with incredible views and the bar staff are great.

Excellent stay from the moment we walked in and was greeted and shown the way to the lobby. All employees were very helpful and was quick and easy to get our room keys. They have two towers which they do mention when getting the card keys to which direction to go. Beds are super comfortable, views great and very clean rooms. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong

Room was clean and well-appointed. Staff was very helpful, setting up a crib in our room when asked at check-in. Every morning the housekeeping staff was always on hand to see if we needed any fresh towels or bottles of water, since we opted to not have our room made up.

The Hyatt Centric was a retreat from fast paced kinetic energy of Hong Kong. The rooms were clean and comfortable and and the location to access rapid transit is fantastic. The check in and out was efficent and courteous. We also really enjoyed the fitness center which had modern and well cared for equipment with a view of the city. Wow!
