The size of the room was exceptional, although it could use some updating. Overall, I would stay here again.

Very friendly front desk workers. Our room didn’t have clean hand towels, hair in the tub/shower, no toiletries we had to go find someone and all they gave us was a small bar of soap. We handed them back a dirty cleaning rag that they left in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room itself wasn’t bad. When I woke in the morning went into take a shower and there was no hot water I jumped out and I felt like it was gonna start getting warm so I went to get back in and then it instantly turned cold again that was upsetting.

Only gave 4 stars. Biggest thing i wish would get better is the pillows. There is more air in these pillows then a bag of Lay Chips.
Biggest thing part of a stay at any hotel or resort is pillow comfort. I could not get comfortable while sleeping.

Very nice new hotel, convenient to restaurants, airport, interstate, and shopping.
Our room had an adjoining room access that was open on both sides when we arrived for our single room. It was very difficult to latch the door on our side. That should have been locked on both sides before we arrived.
Construction going on next door but that wasn’t a big problem for us.
Breakfast was not the best ir worst we've seen at hotels. The toasters didn’t really toast and the waffles irons were hard to us. The guy working that area was having a bad day so service there wasn’t great unless you stuck with the basics.

Liked the walk in shower stall instead of the bath tub. However we were far away from the elevator so with both of us being arthritic it took quite a bit out of us. Would rather be closer to the elevator.

Only service for 4 when we reserved for 6 and not even service for 4 with silverware , dishwasher looked so poor that we didn’t use it ! Backsplash gross! Was not impressed with what we paid for room and the lack of being able to even use the kitchen !

This hotel gives you the minimum of everything so you don’t complain. No attention to details (bathroom faucet is loose and moving, bicycle and random stuff in hotel lobby at 5pm, blanket got a hole on it….) Breakfast is the least and worst comparing to what other home 2 offers.

Our stay was nice. The only issue i had was the person in the next room woke me up at 2:30am playing their TV to loud. i walked down to the front desk and the guy on the desk handled matters.

For $320 a night we were welcomed with hairs in the bed on the fitted sheets. The AC made noise as if a construction crew was in our room, forcing us to turn if off altogether. At checkout the frontdesk lady did not even bother to ask ic we had a good stay. Very poor experience.

This is very close to the Maine Mall and right in the middle of South Portland so close to everything. The breakfast was good.
I would love to see conditioner in the showers which was very much needed after a swim in the pool. Our room only had two papertowels left on an otherwise, empty roll. This was a problem with 3 kids in the room but we didn’t want to bother to ask for any.

Carpets were filthy, black and smelled horrible! For 300 dollars a night, I expected a fine hotel! Hilton properties have really gone downhill! Outside was overgrown. Cigarette butts everywhere. No parking and not a good area. Shameful!!
