This is one of those 'hip' hotels with colorful interior design that tries to be quirky and fun. I liked the lobby and the general look of the place. The problem is that the building itself is super cheap construction. You can hear people stomping around upstairs. Also, something in the wall, pipes I suppose, made this awful loud clicking/banging sound sometimes, particularly in the evening and early in the morning which woke us up.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure what they can do about the building at this point, but they do need to fix whatever's making that terrible sound. I'm not sure how many of the rooms have the sound.
The window shades also operate from these cheap chain things that are difficult and frustrating to use.
Also, they use these day light bulbs in all of the lighting that emit an unpleasant, cold light that reminds you of being in a Walmart--warm light please!

The place was terrific Jenny and George Greeted my uncle and I and we really enjoyed our short but sweet stay there. Really clean and quiet and the breakfast was great!

We got in late after a long drive. Desk staff had a lot of information and offered us late check out. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. The area is convenient and easy to get to. The air conditioning worked well.

Very clean and seemingly new hotel. Easy parking and close to downtown, 5 minute drive without the hassle of downtown parking and noise. You can park in the parking garages downtown if you are headed down there

The young lady at the desk always seemed to be there whenever we went out or came back. Very pleasant. The room was a little small but fine for the two of us. Very quiet and the beds were great. The breakfast provided was very nice. I would recommend Glo and would go back if I was in the area.

Very modern, clean hotel in a excellent location 5 mins from Asheville Mall and Downtown. Room was very clean and updated. Included breakfast was good, normal offerings but could use a breakfast meat. Staff helpful and friendly.

The hotel was very clean and check in staff was friendly. First time staying in a Glo hotel and i will book again. Only complaint would be the beds are a bit too firm and the bedside lights hang down way to low. They make it a bit difficult to get anything off the nightstand. But overall the stay was great.

Our stay at Glo was wonderful! Immaculately clean rooms and fun design and decor. Every place we wanted to visit in Asheville was accessible from our location.

The property was neat, clean, and well lit. My room was IMMACULATE.
The mattresses wer not quite as comfy as one could hope, but overall this would certainly be my hands down go to place to stay in Asheville.

Staff were all super helpful & friendly and the property was very clean, well kept and convenient. The rooms were clean and bright with comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety and a large bright seating area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great affordable hotel. Rooms seem a bit smaller then others. Bed size feels more like a full then a queen. Overall all I was pleased with teh stay. Breakfast was a plus but standard. Coffee and juice available all day which was a great perk.

Wanted to enjoy this stay but the floor in our room was dirty and the ceiling/floors are thin. We heard every step, jump and drop in the room above ours. If you find yourself staying here, I suggest requesting the top floor. Other than that, the staff were helpful and friendly.

Had a great stay! Right off the highway so really easy to get to. Within a 10 minute drive to a lot of restaurants! Our room was clean and the staff was really friendly.
