The room is quite big, clean, it’s a condo/loft style with kitchen and utensils to use. It has a modern dryer and we were able to dry our wet clothes. Access to spa with outdoor pool spa….. it’s meant for “relaxation” for most people maybe that explains why there’s no gym but I ran outdoors under the rain. Decent breakfast with a fly roving around. I hear the waitress coughed—phlegmy cough so suggest that waitress/waiter to wear a mask if coughing or be taken off food area to prevent infecting food and contaminating others.

It was overpriced for what you got. Access to the baths was extra and expensive. You had to cook your own breakfast with only one frying pan, and it was the same every day.
The massage was good but it too was extra and pricey.

Overall we had a great experiences.
Lovely suite the only thing the bathrooms was far away from bedroom we to go through the dinner table and kitchen to get to it.
We were missing cream for our coffees in the suite and when ask the reception couldn't help. But we loved the experience

A beautiful surprise, this place is well situated and the surrounding area looks lovely. The food was excellent, pricey but delicious. The spa is really well laid out and offers everything one needs for a very enjoyable and soothing visit. My room was a full-on apartment and perfect very comfortable

The property was wonderful. The only issue is that their check in and check out times are not standard for the industry. Also, the spa closes at 10 on and only opens the next day at 10 which is not very long as check out is at 11.

This place is amazing. The rooms are large and well equipped. We stayed in a suite and had a big beautiful deck overlooking a forest. The hot springs and sauna experience were magical. The change I would want is for there to be water in the room and fresh hot coffee served on site.

Very nice spot especially for the price. The Nordic spa is fantastic and the rooms are full sized apartments. Even after COVID I hope the keep up with the prepare your own breakfast. My only complaint would be pricing for 1 vs 2 guests. Even when sharing a room the price is almost double. I think an additional 30%-40% would be ideal.

This was a getaway for my Birthday.We enjoyed our stay and were very pleased from the moment we opened the door. My boyfriend's reaction at the moment we opened the door was one of someone very impressed and surprised. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen area was beautiful and fully equipped. Having a separate bedroom area was wonderful with the huge bed. The living room has a huge television and a wonderful
fireplace that warmed up the whole room. It felt like we were at home as we were able to cook for ourselves and eat at the table as we would have been doing at home. I would recommend Kinipi Spa Nordique et Hebergement to everyone but especially to couples who need a romantic getaway.

My girlfriend and I rented a 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms along with a full kitchen, cozy living and dining room and to top it off a wonderful gas fireplace. The restaurant on site is both classy with great food. Being a spa, people walk around with snow white everywhere on site including the restaurant which was a magnificent experience. The staff are always ready to provide assistance with a smile that feels genuine. We certainly felt like we we’re in a special place. We had the couples massage by 2 massage therapist who certainly knew how to provide the best massage we ever had. Outside, the multiples pools hot/cold are simply magnificent. Various fireplaces adorned the premises and the sensation of wellbeing is always present.
The site also provide rooms with wood fireplaces for guests who are using the site. An eucalyptus “mist room” and saunas are also available for guests as well. Overall our experience was outstanding, and we plan to return in the near future

The facilities were amazing, service not so much. We stayed at the two-bedroom suite which was excellent. The spa was beautiful and the food was good. However, the service was slow both at the hotel and at the restaurant side. I'd say, take your group of friends there, pack food with you (because the kitchen in the room is great), and you will have a great time.
