TV remote control did not work - fixed. No strawberries for breakfast. No corkscrew in the room. Otherwise excellent.

The hotel itself was elegant and well-kept. Incredible selection of products and plates to order at breakfast. We also very much enjoyed the charming neighborhood of Ostrów Tumski - it was especially lovely at night when all the lights in surrounding sights were turned on.

Very nice hotel and fantastic staff, it was our wedding anniversary and we had a very good time and felt welcome and the hotel was amazing

The stay overall was very nice however I ordered breakfast to my room and it wasn't the best. The range of food was basic, for example there was not fresh fruit and the price was quite high. I hope they improve this for my next visit.

We upgraded to Superior Room and got assigned a handicap room. Seriously a mega disappointment! This should be illegal!

The hotel is gorgeous, the staff was efficient and friendly. The service is what you’d expect at a hotel like this and the accommodations are great.

After the long drive there was a late check in. Breakfast was included, but we were not woken up for breakfast, although we asked for it. They didn't put water in the room and we couldn't make coffee. The level of the hotel needs to be kept up and not forgetting the requests of the guests😡

I was pleasantly surprised in so many ways by this hotel. Extremely affordable, location is amazing with Cathedral, some restaurants, boat tours, museums etc. all in the neighborhood. Very modern with single panel control of all room facilities. Excellent breakfast and bar. I didn’t stay for dinner so I can’t comment on that. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Always went above and beyond. Definitely will stay again.

The reception staff are very professional and friendly.The downside is the room service, which finishes at 11PM. The menu is very limited and includes a burger, club sandwich, pasta or a Ceasar salad. I arrived from the US after 11 PM and unfortunately couldn't eat anything and went to bed hungry. The next day I was very tired and wanted to order a meal from the restaurant and eat it in my room but the restaurant manager Lukasz said it was not possible and "these are the rules". This lazy approach demonstrates a lack of understanding of the guests' needs, and a lack of willingness to go above and beyond, which shouldn't be the case in a 5-star hotel. I suggest increasing the number of healthy options on the room service menu, and approaching your guests with a bit more empathy and in a welcoming way rather then reprimanding them and telling them to stick to the rules.If you travel for business I suggest staying in the AC Mariott instead.

New hotel in city center area of Wrocklaw. Nice brand new premises, but fairly cold staff at reception. No concierge at arrival helping with suitcases and no concierge to help us to being them to the room: a bit disappointing for 5 star hotel. Breakfast good and decent selection of quality food. Staff at brekafast is welcoming. Rooms are nice decently sized and very well kept. Bathrooms are pleasantly decored. Recommended for family and business stay but please improve the concierge matter.

HORRIBLE staff. Starting from the cleaning ladies, through waitresses and reception hosts, ending at general manager. HUGE disappointment. Hotel is located in a beautfiul neighbourhood, walking distance from the old town, furnished with some nice design and the food in the restaurant is exceptional, but that's where it ends with good points. My stay started with 15 minutes waiting for the check-in, even though it was after midnight and there was only one host taking care of the guests. Then my room wasn't cleaned for a whole day - "by mistake" - what I heard from the reception manager. Spider's web in the bathroom stayed for my whole stay (3nights). In the restaurant the waitresses were rude and uneducated. They didn't even know what they were serving. During breakfast nobody came to collect my order regarding some extra food or beverages. I spoke with the GM about that, but he was having a very good time talking with me and didn't even care what I was saying... he just told me that he hires all the people that are on the market, otherwise he could close the hotel... that was such a poor experience, the expectations were really high, but they didn't even try to fullfill some basic guest requirements. When coming to Wroclaw - avoid staying in this hotel.

Beatiful hotel and good service

The Bridge Wrocław is a modern, super cool hotel and is fairly new. We have very large rooms with great views. Breakfast was one of the best on our tour of Poland. We also ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and it was quite delicious.
