I liked that the room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, the heating and air was centralized and not a wall unit, and they have a noon check out time. I was very pleased and feel that it was money well spent.

Good breakfast and friendly staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice however the air conditioner was very noisy and outside noise from the event center event next door came through it. The event let out at mid-night so was quite noisy for a while. The blackout blinds were out if their track and I had to figure out how to use them and fix them. Bed was comfortable.

We had a great two night stay for a wedding that was very close to the hotel. The property is very nice with a nice breakfast buffet and coffee in the morning. We were very happy with our stay.

Nice clean dog friendly property. Has a modern feel. I really like the Hyatt place properties. They seem to really strike a nice balance for families with a dog.

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The room we had was spacious and beautifull furnished, with a sofa and large color TV. We will definitely be staying here again.

We have stayed several times at this Hyatt in Vacaville and could not be happier .

It’s our 2nd visit since April 2023. During our 1st visit the property was nice and clean with friendly staffs so we decided to stay here again. This time wasn’t very pleased, the staffs are still very friendly but it’s the amenities that kinda went down hill. We stayed 3 nights. Our bathroom shower door makes very loud noises when open/close. We didn’t request housekeeping daily but after the 2nd night we need to replace towels, housekeeper cleaned but didn’t vacuum, took all the dirty towels but didn’t replace with new ones. During the breakfast, the hard boiled egg had this mild sour taste; unsure why. Always ran out of plates or silverware’s best of all.., they ran out regular sugar for coffee… lol. Others then the above the property is newer, nice staff & great convenient location it’s still a good choice.

The guest turning the radio all the way up at 6am in the lobby, he may have even been an emplpyee, and the little old guy at the front desk thinking it was funny when i was yelling please turn it down was dissapointing and rude, but other than that the rooms and amentities were good.

Bed bug alert!!! I stayed one day at Room #129 with my family. We woke up with bed bug bite. So when we checked out, we tried to speak to the front lady. Unfortunately, She didn't care and throw me business card, told me that we should reach out. After we asked about great(?) her response Reluctantly, She took our contact I'm not sure they still have it or not because I didn't hear anything yet. I'm ready to next step with all pictures! Thanks for ruin our trip!

The staff was helpful, we got our crib immediately, our room was clean and in good condition, and we absolutely loved the breakfast. We slept very well in the bed. We really enjoyed this property!

This is now going to be my go-to hotel in the area. Very fair price for a modern, Chic hotel with a restaurant, bar and a hot breakfast that has a lot to offer. They also have a pool that they said was heated but it didn't feel like it was. Very spacious bathroom and seating area in the room. Don't miss this hotel for the others in the area this is the best one!

Very clean and a beautiful room loved the sofa in the room very comfy beds didn’t get to visit the breakfast area but the one day I peaked in the food looked really good a full breakfast.

We live in Vacaville and stay here when our young adult kids have a party at our home and enjoy staying at the Hyatt. Its safe, clean, with very comfortable beds.

Vacaville Hyatt is where we always stay when we come to visit out son at Travis Air Force base, as well as when we visit wine country. Clean, quiet, well appointed rooms and wonderful service!

I accidentally booked the wrong dates and contacted the hotel via Expedia chat. I got a reply that the hotel will come back to e via email. The hotel ignored the message for 3 days. Once I reached it by phone, the manager denied to change my booking

I checked in I had made a reservation for a handicap accessible room. That’s what I paid for checking in. I was giving a regular room. I didn’t know the time until I got into the room, but I went down to the register to let them know that I Needed handicap assessable room.

We often stay at this Hyatt when we come to visit family. Its conveniently located. Not to many places to eat near it but a short drive away. We felt like they really cut back on their breakfast, but other than at its a typical Hyatt Place.
