Our host Martina takes pride in making the rooms beautiful especially for a Disney princess lover. Sabrina prepared an amazing breakfast with cheerful and friendly service. It is a wonderful place to stay!

Very friendly staff working here. We arrived later than we expected but we were welcomed very friendly. We received very good information about the city and the area. Parking outside is very safe. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, large bedroom and bathroom. The theme of the hotel is refreshing and very cute.

The stay was not a good experience. The room did not feel very welcoming, it smelled stuffy, and all the lights were white and cold. On our third day there the toilet got clogged, and when we informed the host she told us that there was nothing she could do until the next day. She didn’t really offer an alternative toilet or other solution until we asked for one. It got fixed, and we got to use the staff toilet in the meantime, but the handling of the situation felt bad to us. The same night our aircondition started leaking water after just a few minutes of it being on, and the third bed got wet as it stood under the AC. When we checked out we asked to store our luggage there for some hours, but we were told that this was impossible. It seemed to us that they did not care much about making it a good stay.

The building was beautifully refurbished, rooms were comfortable and very clean. They had nice towels, glass cups, a selection of teas and clean electric teapot. There was even a makeup mirror with a good hair dryer. The parking space was the cherry on the cake. Sabrina, the nice lady at the front desk, was beyond wonderful and helpful all the time. The buffet breakfast was delicious, great cappuccinos. It was a fantastic experience! We traveled with our three teenagers, and they loved it. We’ll be back! Thank you!

The decor (room #1) was very romantic with a lovely balcony. The only negative was our bathtub could not be filled with more than about 3 inches of water before it drained out so the jets could not work. We loved our delicious breakfast and conversing with our charming, friendly hostess Patrizia. We had a wonderful stay in Lucca. This property was a great value!

Only in LUCCA for 2 days but location of property was convenient to walking to Historic Center in Lacca and to local restaurants. Gusto Mea was a wonderful place for dinner.

This small hotel sits in a tree lined avenue of fine villas just 5 minutes walk from the northern gateway into the historic city centre. It had a secure car park and included a buffet breakfast in the price. The brightly coloured paintwork inside and out was a surprise!

What an absolute hidden gem. The hotel has a really unique feel and style that matches the beauty of Lucca. It's located just a short walk outside the city and is easily accessible. The staff were amazing, I've never received such personal and genuine service. They went above and beyond all expectations to make our stay enjoyable and pleasant. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a cute and charming hotel during their stay in Lucca.

Location is good.comfortable to stay.You can have a good breakfast.Only problem was they offered room service every day but they only clean the toilet & make the bed ,never vacuum the floor.The floor was so dusty at end of my stay.otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Sincerely the best experience we could have ever hoped for. As soon as I booked I had communication from the host about exactly how to get into the property after hours, then the room and bathroom far far exceeded our expectations. Everything was very thoughtfully presented and maintained, the room was so comfortable and the bathroom was huge! If that wasn’t enough, the breakfast buffet was also huge and had so many options plus wonderful coffee made by the host. I would give this place 100 stars if I could, thank you!!

Firstly the good thing- this property was good for what you’re paying. Location is fantastic. Our stay would have been much better if the hosts had clearly called out in the listing that late check ins are frowned upon. I didn’t appreciate the fact that the hosts tried to dictate when we can check in and got a bit rowdy in messaging on the last day about our late check in. The listing clearly called out that self check ins beyond the regular check in times are ok and not an issue. Advice to the hosts - update your listing to clearly call out that late check ins are not allowed. The fact that your B&B is cheap doesn’t mean that you get to dictate how people are traveling. Thank you

Such a joy to stay at this B&B. The hosts were helpful and kind. They accommodated our schedules and made sure to help us feel very welcomed. The room and bathroom were so intricately decorated. The breakfast buffet was jaw dropping. Would definitely recommend this B&B to friends and family.

The building itself feel it’s pretty old, so despite of the renovated bathroom etc, the insulation wasn’t good, and noise was coming from outside. Also it has no elevators. The parking is there behind the building, but the entrance to it is tight, so do not recommend a huge car if you are not used to drive narrow spaces. Bathroom amenity could be better. Having said that, the building has its charm, different experience from the big chain hotels, and the staff working there are very accommodating and very nice. The breakfast is very cute and good, and the coffee they make you was very tasty. Something I looked forward every morning. It’s not located inside the wall, but it’s definitely walkable distance to it, maybe 10 min walk. And you get to feel less touristy feel in the neighborhood, which is nice. If you like no big experience, this may be a good choice:-)

Excellent location only 5 minutes away from the wall of the old Lucca and Porta S Anna. A charming B&B managed by Martina who is kind and efficient. Nice breakfast to start the day with a big smile!

Great place very good breakfast

The room was very big with a sofa bed and a very short single bed. There was air conditioning which was a blessing as it was really hot all day and all night, and we were provided with ear plugs as the hotel was beside a very busy road! Although the room was very clean and relatively comfortable taking a shower proved to be an unexpected threat to life and limb! The ‘bathroom’ contained a sunken jacuzzi bath which one had to climb down into in order to take a shower. All was well until one attempted to disembark, wet and slippery. Whilst this may appeal to the athletic and amorous it simple provided material for a humorous anecdote for myself and my companion! Warning: space in the car park was extremely limited and ones success depended on the sense and generosity of other guests. The benefit of a small car In this case cannot be over emphasized.
