The front desk staff was very nice, but our room wasn't ideal. The air conditioning didn't work well. Bathroom had rust stains in the shower, mini fridge had major damage on the front like rust or some sort of paint damage.

The room was lovely with appointments of refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave all of which are important to me. The best thing was the abundance of big personalities you have hired to take care of your guest. They were delightful!

This was the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. The sheets had not been changed so we changed them ourselves. There was hair all over the bathroom vanity. Everything in the room felt wet. The carpet was wet and soaked our socks when walking without shoes on.

It was clean. There was a group of people in the hallway late at night that were really loud, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault. I liked the Dove products in the bathroom. It was a good night sleep.

The staff are great. Unfortunately, they gave us a key to an occupied room. As we were getting to the lobby, the host was running to meet us and correct the error. Then they walked with us to the new room, to ensure that everything was fine.
The room is comfortable, the toilet is a bit on the small side, and the AC is a bit loud.

Please do not check people into unclean rooms. Also, please check the cleanliness of the rooms as well. My room was not the cleanest and that made me so paranoid I didn’t sleep at all during my stay.

Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The only complaint would be that the room smelled really musty.

The room was freezing and when I tried to call the front office, the phone handset was broken so I had to go down to the front desk and ask about it. I was told there is a remote control that works the air conditioning unit. I was successful with that, and it was an easy problem to solve. However, when I crawled into bed, I felt something under the fitted sheet and it turned out to be a piece of plastic from what I assume to be a ring pop (at least that’s what it looks like to me). I did not inform the front desk as I would have had to make another trip down to the lobby since the phone was not working and I was just ready for bed. Breakfast was not very impressive. My daughter said her orange juice smelled and tasted gross and we both agreed the cinnamon roll was very dry and neither one of us ate. it wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but there were enough issues that I would avoid staying there again.

I booked the room because it said it had separate sitting area, as I knew family would stop by while I was in time.
I told the front desk clerk and her reply was there are no more rooms left with a separate sitting area and I booked through a third party so take it up with them!’n I should have been informed at check in. Not after going into the room and discovering it myself.
Hotels.com let me down on this one. I’m so disappointed!!!

Sheets on bed were filthy at check in. Manager who was clearly overwhelmed on a booked weekend could nit change room but changed bedding.

Our room had a window unit that was controlled on the wall. Overnight at least 1-2 times every hour there was a loud knocking noise coming from the unit. It woke me up constantly while we were trying to dleep during the night.

We arrived after a 13 hour drive and did ask if it would be possible to check in 27 minutes early and the first staff member I talked to was not even remotely pleasant, she was downright rude. I just asked, wasn't
brutish or mean, there was no reason for that, just figured I'd ask. I was able to check-in a half hour later and the other staff member was so much more pleasant. It was super quiet. I felt bad when we got back to the hotel around 10pm, there was another couple from our floor leaving and upset supposedly because of the noise on their floor. We were only 2 rooms down from them and neither myself, nor my sister heard a peep out of anybody all night.

One night stay Ga Southern graduation. Room was nice. Bathroom could have been cleaner. There was a slight ring around the toilet & floor was slippery/greasy.
Breakfast the next morning was really good. Options. Fresh fruit & good coffee.

Great customer service by front desk and kitchen services. Ms. Varie Williams, the kitchen manager was so nice, professional, helpful and wanted to know how everthing was and asked if you needed anything else. Great employee, very courteous and friendly.
