Great little place. Absolutely spotless and really comfortable. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

The property was way more than we had expected. It was very generous for a one bedroom property, comfortable and clean. Well appointed too with good facilities too.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well stocked with crockery etc, was very central for everything in Dunoon.
The apartment was accessed by an external metal staircase containing 35 steps. We’re both in our late 60s with mobility issues and the climb was very difficult. I didn’t read anything about this in the property description, if I had I would not have booked it.

Lovely clean and bright apartment. Centrally located, with a sea view.
There are a number of steps up to the apartment, which means it may not suit everyone, but they did not cause us any issues.

The Snug was very comfy and good value. It's location is right in the centre of Dunoon with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars nearby!!
On entry to The Snug, you need to use a very large iron staircase so if you are not very fit then maybe this accommodation isn't for you!!

The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped - as per the details and photos
Apartment was cold on arrival and took a while to warm up. The access stairs were a surprise and should be included in the details, as some guests may struggle with them and carrying bags...
A clothes rack would be a good addition.

Brilliant location for the centre of Dunoon and all local amenities. Had everything we needed in the flat. Very quiet.
Nothing really. The entry is by a long metal staircase, which limits disabled access, but I'm not disabled so it didn't matter

The big square pillows on bed and bedding very comfy.
The owner was contactable via text to sort out cooker instructions promptly.
The sofa was pretty but not comfortable, to lightweight.
The bed itself moves when you are in it would prefer a more solid bed.
35 steps up to property i wasn't expecting.
Would like a TV in bedroom.
