We were gone a lot of the time we stayed but everything was very comfortable and nice. Beds were great, kitchen was everything we could possibly need, only complaint was that we wish we didn’t have to leave so soon. Close to shopping and everywhere we went.

It was a very spacious home near so many things. Just a short drive to stadium, Downtown Tampa, Ybor, Zoo and Aquarium.
My only complaint is that one of the Queen beds is broken so the mattress sinks in, which resulted in an uncomfortable sleep situation. Also, the master bedroom gets a lot colder than the other bedrooms.
But overall, the description was accurate and it was fairly clean.

Property was very nice! Plenty of room for our family of 7 to spread out!!!! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Tampa Bay!

Didn’t get a chance to stay at the property because of damage from a storm. The owner called me asap and offered me another property or a full refund

This 4 bedroom 3 bath home is cozy and airy! We had a great time ! Didn’t have to wait for the bathroom after a long day out! The open floor plan has room for everyone to feel comfortable but not cramped. Would definitely book again.

The pictures did not due this place justice. There was tons of room with the open concept design. We were very comfortable and had the space to easily get away if needed.

my family and I stayed here for 2 nights. when we first arrived there were small little black bugs on the beds. it’s florida, so we know bugs can be anywhere. after we cleared all the beds of any bugs, we checked the bathrooms. at first glance, they look pretty good. in the guest bathroom, while you’re taking a shower, the tub fills with water. i’m not sure if there’s something in the drain or what, but the water takes forever to go down. other than these small inconveniences, the house is great. the dining room table fit us comfortably and the location of the house was good distance to where we needed to be.

Nice house in great area. Close to stadium, port and more. Well stocked annd quiet safe neighborhood. Eat at the local Cuban restaurant-yum!

There were no handrails in showers, shower floor was very slippery and we reported a critter was in the bedroom
ceiling keeping the occupant of that bedroom awake but no one came and that occupant had to drive home to Tennessee without getting a goods night sleep...

Location was great - easy drive to UT and restaurants. Grocery store within walking distance. Overall house was very nice and clean. Few things to note was the floor could have been cleaner (socks got dirty). Everything else was nice and clean. There are 2 steps down that are really hard to see. The floor blends so hard to see especially later in the day when lighting is not as good. Several of us tripped over this . There is a small red and white tape but I would suggest making it other while way and a bit wider. Owner was good at communicating.

The house is more spacious than the pictures let on. It was clean and the owner kept good contact and communication with me. I personally slept in the master bed and it was very comfortable.

Stayed here with our 2 young kids as home base for spring break. Great location for spring training and Legoland. The house had everything we needed and more! Quiet street, centrally located, and plenty of space indoors and out. Would definitely stay here again!

Property inside was very clean and Updated. Convenient to stadiums and Airport. Close to many restaurants and sports bars.
Close to a hospital that has a heliport and every evening a helicopter was heard at least once during the night. The neighborhood is quiet and well established, looks like it is being revitalized.
We were gone during the day on our stay and only there in the evenings, never used the backyard.
For 3 old friends in our 60's that enjoy baseball it worked out great for us. Recommend.

Location was great and description was accurate. House was very clean when we arrived. There were some obvious house maintenance issues that need to be addressed and were communicated accordingly. If those occur. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We did have seniors with us and the two step-downs to the master suite were a small obstacle. Overall- Location and amenities were great.

House was adequate. There definitely wasn't enough hot water for 6 adults trying to get ready for a wedding.
We missed seeing a binder of sorts, recommending restaurants and shopping since we weren't familiar with the area.

I was attending a wedding in downtown Tampa, this home was perfect for 5 adults to have as a home base for attending wedding events. Very easy to get an inexpensive uber around Tampa. The house itself lived up to the reviews and pictures. We enjoyed our stay.

Sara was amazing host and responded very quickly for all questions. Location is convenient and it’s a very well maintained house for big group to stay. My family stayed there for four days and loved it.

Our host was very responsive although we had no issues with the house. We were in Tampa for a guys golf trip so this house served its purpose very well. I would not recommend it for a group of couples only because the surrounding area is a little rough. It was about 30 minutes from all of the courses we wanted to play. Very proximate which was good.

The property was nice , quiet neighborhood. We were in Tampa for a funeral also picked up my kids from the airport , everything was within 15 minutes drive . The house provided a great place to visit with my kids and support them as they delt with a passing of their grandfather.
The house was perfect for the 4 of us each had a room to ourselves and had plenty of space .
The house was nice and comfortable and very clean .
Was easy to check in and out .

We enjoyed our quick weekend trip for my son’s graduation from USF. The house worked well for us other than there is one 1/2 step down to one of the bedrooms and my mother fell right before we left. Thankfully she did not get hurt!

We love the house! There were many rooms and a large living room and kitchen. The six of us lived happily for 3 days. The landlord was also very patient to communicate with us and solve the problem.Convenience stores and Burger King are within walking distance. But it's worth noting that the network around the house is not very good.

Great on the inside! Beds aren’t so comfortable. Bedroom with Bathroom in it (twin beds) shower DID NOT stay hot for more than 5 minutes. This neighborhood must be one that is being rehabbed because the house next to
the VRBO looked dilapidated, yet people
reside in it.

We stayed at this home for Thanksgiving and it was perfect! The house is super spacious and comfortable. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The dining area was very comfortable to eat in and the living room was very spacious as well. This home is VERY close to everything and we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!

House was very well appointed and very homey. We enjoyed our stay. Hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating. Only issue was cleanliness of the floors. I made the host aware of issue and she appreciated the heads up and was going to make cleaning company aware. I would stay here again for sure.
