great location in between city center and Plagwitz area. close to tram stop. plenty of room, two bedrooms, bathroom and separate kitchen with seating for 4. nicely decorated in bamboo style. free parking in front of the building. comfortable floor heating.

bed mattrasses and furniture seats are a bit stiff, not comfortable enough for my family members but good enough for me, so it’s a personal thing I guess. bamboo furniture and beds squeek….

Great apartment, great location. The beds are super comfy and the owners are extremely responsive and kind.

The apartment was renovated. The location is good if you have a car. Although we were there during Christmas holidays, we could easily find a parking spot on the street. The neighborhood was relatively quiet.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, the mattress was very hard and pillows very soft. The owner left only a few things for 4 days for 4 people like very little coffee (no milk) and ONE roll of toilet paper for 4 days.... Although we were turning on the heating to a higher temperature, the apartment was never really warm. Some rooms worse than others.
