This house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more! The host, Guy, was incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved exploring the island with the provided golf cart and used it as our main transportation during our stay. Beautiful island and So much fun!

The house was very clean, and extra items added for customers convince.
No problems/issues with anything.
When visiting in this area again, we would definitely love to book this house again. My two adult sons, really enjoyed the patio area, I really love the comfortable bed, in the master bedroom, and my family said the other beds were comfortable as well.

We found the property as described by the owner and other reviewers - exceptionally clean with everything you need - really a home away from home. The golf cart was a nice bonus - making trips to the beach or downtown fun for us and the pup. Location is pretty much centered between the ocean (10 min by golf cart) and the river/downtown entertainment/restaurants (12 min by golf cart). There's a Publix and Dunkin about 5 minutes away. The house itself sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and convenient to everything. Our hosts, Guy and Gloria, were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our short getaway and would look forward to staying here again in the future.

The home is in a great location with a short golfcart ride to the beach and downtown. The home is extremely clean with everything you need to make yourself feel at home. The neighborhood is extremely quiet.

Guy was a great host from the very first time I contacted him. We had a lot of questions about the suitability of the property for our son who is in a wheelchair. Guy was happy to take measurements and send pictures as needed to help us figure it out. The property worked out great in all ways and is in a really great location. So easy to get everywhere and the neighborhood is extremely quiet.

Great house, location, and amenities. They offer bikes, board games, and even use of their golf cart. It's located close enough to their "downtown" or main street, the beach, and access to so much. Our 16 year old daughter skateboarded to the beach and it took her less than 10 minutes to get there. We'd definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our family reunion! We had six adults and one child. The house was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed. Beds were super comfy too! Golf cart was perfect to scoot around in for 4 of us. The host had great communication and answered our every question super fast. We will definitely book this house the next time we are in Fernandina Beach.
