The location is unbeatable. My only complaint is the extreme amount of rules and regulations. As well as all the signage on property makes the guests feel a bit unwelcome.

Outstanding pool area with plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. The backyard was very clean with beautiful palm trees lining the fence area. It is conveniently located near Bahia marina if you book a boat trip. Very enjoyable time.

Everything was great

House was perfect for our work trip. 3 block walk. Didn't spend a lot of time in house but it was nice when we got back and relaxed.

The home was large, accommodating our group of 3 adult couples perfectly well. Smart home was super easy to manage. All amenities worked well. Home is a bit older but clean and well appointed. One couple had trouble moderating the heat of the shower in the shared bathroom. Pool was awesome. Two small suggestions for the owners/hosts: add lighting to back yard to illuminate the tables and area closest to the back of the house, and, it would have been an even better ambiance if the outside sound system speakers worked. Thanks for the great stay.

The location is perfect, it’s an easy walk to the beach (we walked with a 3,4,and 6 year old). You can rent chairs and umbrellas from B Ocean hotel. Read the house rules in detail before you book. You will need to check a bag or buy supplies when you get there. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one paper towel roll is provided, no sponge for dishes, and no dishwashing detergent provided. You can only get access to a broom to pick up sand if you buy the laundry washer and dryer (which is helpful but overpriced for our limited 4 days). There was one towel in each room but we packed more. The place was clean but supplies to keep it that way would have been helpful. The pool was perfect. The weather was sunny and warm so we did not need it heated. The bedrooms do not look anything like the pictures. 3 of the 4 bedrooms were very comfortable. One of the beds is VERY firm, which some might like. All had tvs and access to bathrooms. It was a good, relaxing stay but maybe a suggestion to the owner would be to offer a linen or cleaning package so we didn’t have to buy extra supplies and check a bag. A small optional fee would cover a few towels, tp, paper towels etc. The location to the beach outweighed all of that though.

Pros: Good location in proximity to the beach and bars/shopping. The pool was nice. Cons: The home was not as clean as other vacation rentals I have stayed in. The amount of security cameras around the property made my wife uneasy.

The property was well kept and I communicated with the owners as needed throughout the stay. They were very attentive and the location and property were great. There was plenty of space for our large group. The only small thing I wish were different was that the check-in time was very late in the day, but that was hardly a deal-breaker. Great place to stay!

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked this house for my boss and coworker to stay. The place is absolutely disgusting. There are couch covers with stains all over them, ants all over the bathroom, the ceiling leaks with any rain( MAJOR LEAK, not just a little one) The owner threatened me on the phone with a VRBO agent, told me to give him the other address where I had 12 players to protect as a coach and told me “give me the address you’re at and I’ll send someone there to deal with you”. We checked out early and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!

Like going to vacation in jail. Dozens of cameras with multiple facing into the living areas and one facing the outdoor shower. And yes they are watching the video while you are there because they reach out if your pool float is blocking a camera and they shut our water off until it was moved. House and grounds are in such disrepair the house should not be rented. Ceiling collapsing in the living area outside the master doors that don’t close plaster falling off the walls from water intrusion. Fridge doesn’t work Incomprehensible rules don’t waste time or money here . If you would like to see videos and pics of this dump reach out. VRBO should delist this property and the owner should be criminally charged for theft.

The gathering areas in the dining room and pool are big and plenty of seating and standing area. The bedrooms are seperated and slept all of us comfortably. We had one issue on the first day with the water not being on and Bill was able to easily walk me through fixing the issue and it was fine after that. House stayed ice cold all weekend and it was 90s and humid all weekend. You’re right in the middle of a good location and quick rides away from everything you would want (food, beach, Las Olas) Not being able to check in til 530pm, having no towels and the fridge not staying very cold weren’t ideal but for what we needed we all enjoyed the house.

The most impressive part of the house was the pool. We all love to swim so it was large and private for us bashful ones. It is important that you read thru all the rules and amenities so you can truly stay in comfort. The kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner and dining room held us all very well. Bill answered our questions in a timely manner, which was very helpful. The location of the home is perfect walking distance to Las Olas and its beautiful Ocean.

The trip was exactly what we all needed to recharge, reset for the coming school year. The location was close to all shoppes, merriment and the beach! The house was clean and organized. The pool was a great added feature. We throughly used all the amenities the house and area had to offer. We look forward to coming back in the Spring!

The a.c kept turning off the house got hot very little privacy no towels, trash bags ,blankets, no utensils, only one role of toilet paper for a restroom In the whole house it’s is not a place I would stay again

I needed a place for my family and friends as we prepared to watch my daughter graduate from her PA program. I was SO disappointed in this property. The cleanliness of the home was horrible! I literally walked from the couch to the kitchen and my feet were gross! The coffee pot had a molded filter left in it that was disgusting! My husband had to scrub it before we could even make coffee. The beds were HORRIBLE! Literal cardboard! There are throw blankets on the couch by the back door. Upon opening one and wanting to cover up with it, I found a band aide stuck to the blanket. The pool was GROSS! In all the rentals that I have stayed at, either by my rental with this company and others, I have never had an experience like this one. The freezer does not even make ice, you have to use dirty little ice trays. Honestly one of the worst places ever! Not to mention when I tried to communicate with the property manager, I was told to calm down and basically told how stupid I was. I should have heeded the prior guests warnings and reviews, because there are more bad than good. Very sad because the location was great!

The location and size of the property was good and Lance, the property manager was very responsive. Lance was always professional and timely in his responses. He was a great property manager. Other than that, I would not recommend this property. If you do rent it, make sure you carefully read all nine pages of the Disclosure, Waiver, and House Rules. A few things worth noting: • The photos on the VRBO site misrepresent the actual property. • There were annoying signs with instructions all over the interior and exterior of property. • There were no washcloths, hand towels, kitchen towels, or dishrags. • Trash cans had a 2-hour window to be placed on sidewalk and brought back in. • Security Cameras were all over the exterior of property making us feel “over watched”. • Multiple coconuts and palm branched fell from trees while we were outside in pool. • Yard had not been mowed in a while. • Bedroom off kitchen did not have a door, just a curtain. I traveled 1,200 miles to Florida and had to alter my plans on the day I arrived to set someone else’s trash out on the sidewalk, which was very frustrating. My daughters bed broke on Friday night, and they had to take the mattress into the living room to sleep Friday and Saturday nights, this was very inconvenient. With all the cameras, the ladies in our group felt a little “creeped out” thinking they may have been being watched 24-7. This is the most restrictive VRBO I have stayed in.

First I will say to READ ALL THE REVIEWS. I think when you know what you’re renting, you won’t expect everything to be new and perfect but will have realistic expectations. The reviews for this home give an accurate description. Cons - there is a daunting amount of paperwork and rules but let’s be honest - these rules are probably there bc of previous problems with renters. I would probably have a lot of rules for a rental property situated in neighborhood as well. There are also a large amount of signs and notes everywhere, which might be helpful to some but are, as noted by others, unwelcoming. And yes, the mattresses are very uncomfortable on a couple of the beds (maybe personal preferences?!?) Pros - the back yard and pool are the gem of this property. Lots of space and seating for large crowds. The inside of this home is also spacious and clean. It is located in a upper scale neighborhood that I was able to go on walks in, every morning, and feel safe although the entry/ exit to this particular home is on a busy street. There’s a large dining room table and the kitchen has all of the basics you will need to cook. *the coffee pot is a regular pot and not a Keurig (in case you’re bringing your own pods/brew). You will be provided with one towel and washcloth per guest so make sure to bring your own pool/beach towel and hang up your towels after use or plan to do laundry (there is a large fee for this but considering the low rental price it may be worth adding??)

The owner has an unbelievable amount of unrealistic expectations for the tenants. They charge for additional parking, make you take the trash out and bring it back in. Expect you to clean the house while still charging for cleaning fees. The air conditioner doesn’t work and the fridge doesn’t work. Both our food went bad and we sweated excessively every day and night because of the poor A/C. The representative of the property made very racist remarks about the owner directly to me not knowing I was also of the same ethnicity he was talking inappropriately about. All in all, the experience was not fun and the owner/host made it more difficult to deal with.

Location is perfect for any group wanting to enjoy the Fort Lauderdale beaches, shops, restaurants, and bars. A quick trip from the airport brings you to the perfectly situated but also nicely secluded property. The place was clean and well put together with am amazing pool out back to cool off in. Cannot beat the overall stay, especially at the low price!

Everything was great

The property did absolutely everything we needed. The location was great as we were able to walk to the beach and eliminate any needs for parking as we visited Fort Lauderdale's beaches. The property was very large, with six big beds, which was great to provide our entire group of guys their own comfortable place to sleep. The pool was a great touch as it had great sunlight and gave us a space of own to enjoy. Further, the check-in process was smooth, the A/C was great (always a concern in South Florida as the weather heats up) and the communication was well coordinated and clear for everything from booking, checkin, checkout and submitting all necessary paperwork. Would stay with Lance and team again!
