Construction of the medical centre just in front of the premises.

The amazing location. The friendly staff. The food in the cave restaurant and in the main restaurant. the short jungle walk with local guide. the hot spring baths and the steam and crystal caves. The decor throughout the hotel and its grounds.

It was our most favourite visit for the second time!!Totaly worth the price and facilities.This would be our annual visit!

Room service food was good. Private swimming pools was good

Bed is hard. Not so comfy. Breakfast not so good especially nasi lemak rice and the curry mee, curry made from curry paste!

The overall experience was excellent. The staff in the hotel was super friendly and professional, namely Thaya (Pomelo Restaurant) and Dharwin (Jeff's Cellar). Breakfast menu was amazing. Definitely recommended if you want a breather away from the city. Top notch destination.

Nothing at all....everything was beyond my expectation

Everything. The in-room dining banana leaf and chicken 65 was da Bomb! Cute little surprises like the ice-cream tree with a passcode. Little thoughtful gifts on welcome and departure. And of course the unforgettable private hot-springs tub! and the swimming pool to jump in whenever it gets too hot! The flora and fauna, peace and tranquility.

The mattress! Was a surprising let down when we plopped onto the beautiful bed but it was hard and it was actually probably 2 super single beds attached together. My legs felt the slightly curled stiff protector on top of the dividing line between the 2 mattresses. Of course, it became trickier to cuddle in the middle, unfortunately…

Such a beautiful retreat place for family. We loved everything about the place. Resort premises were top notch. Food was 10/10 🤌🏼😍

We like their service and how they always seems to go the extra miles in everything that they do. For instance, we received a lot of complimentary stuffs that we did not expect. The staffs there greet us warmly everytime they saw us.

There isn't anything that we do not like about that place. We loved it so much that even mosquitoes can't spoil the experience.

Loved everything, booked a Garden Villa which was amazing. The lush, tropical site was beautiful, hot springs relaxing. Pomelo Restaurant was very good. Staff were simply wonderful very helpful & graceful, helped organize taxi to Cave Temples & car transfer to Penang at a very reasonable price. So relaxing didn’t want to leave.

We ate at Jeff’s Cellar on the first night, we loved the experience of dining in the caves, romantic ambiance with classical music playing, however we found some of the food to be luke warm, to be honest we preferred the Pomelo Restaurant, but is did not alter our overall experience of Banjaran.
