BAYLOR HOUSE was an ideal stay. Very clean, well stocked and a convenient location to everything just minutes away. If ever in the area would definitely stay again!!

Clean and well kept older home that was in neighborhood with many college houses. Appreciated all the little amenities on the property - was very thoughtful and helpful.
Would not recommend this place for young children- college party on Saturday night was very loud. The hosts of the party did politely come over to warn us but still disturbed our sleep for many hours.

Traveling for work and this was a great stay! House was just as described and extremely convenient to work. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything I needed and more! Host left snacks which was so nice! I will definitely be back.

This was the first time traveling with kids and our dog. Needless to say I was nervous but had booked when the online pictures and descriptions showed that this house has a huge backyard! True to what was depicted we had an amazing stay at this adorable house conveniently located to all the excursions we had planned. The house also had everything that we needed, including Siracha (which we currently have a shortage of due to a poor harvest in Mexico)!! Thank you! We enjoyed our stay very much, and if our ensemble group brings us back to Waco, we will be back!!

We have stayed with many VRBO listings over the years and this place was the cleanest and most well stocked we have ever stayed (bathrooms, kitchen, etc.). There were no issues with WiFi unlike a previous review. A/C worked great during our stay in which daytime highs reached over 100 degrees F. Nice spacious backyard for our dog (70 lbs) to run around and play. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to a family or individuals visiting Waco.

Great property that is perfectly located near Baylor, Magnolia and other Waco amenities. Neighborhood is quiet. This property had everything you could ask for, and even things you didn’t know you needed.

The Baylor House is great! We loved everything about it, but two minor things: there is no Wi-Fi and there are only mirrors in the bathrooms. I highly recommend and would stay there again.

Close to Baylor so was perfect for move-in weekend and helping my students get settled in their condo. They also have dogs so it was wonderful that they could bring them over for late night card games! The enclosed backyard was an extra bonus so they could run around without their leashes. The house was clean and well-equipped. Thanks so much!

The mgmt company called texted several times which was an inconvenience I was in mtgs asking to enter the property to spray which I didn’t want fumes in the home and I have asthma also mgmt called asking if repairmen can enter home to fix dryer which I felt should happen when guest r out not during their stay. I sent a text asking for partial refund bc of ants they were in both bathrooms kitchen and bedrooms. I havnt received a response.

We really enjoyed our stay in Waco! This property was perfect for our family and having two bathrooms definitely came in handy. The property management team was really responsive to all our questions and we even stayed an extra night. It was a great location for us, super convenient to Baylor and downtown Waco. The only downside we could come up with is we noticed some ants in the kitchen but they didn’t bother us. Had we asked, I have no doubt the owners would have come out same day to take care of it. We will definitely stay again!

Everything was great. Check in/check out process went smoothly. Everything in the kitchen was labeled nicely situated. Great location to Baylor University and the Magnolia Silos area. Only negative was the beds made loud noises when moving on them.
