This property is very roomy, beautifully decorated, the kitchen was completely stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Walkable to town and to ski. Communication with the property manager was the best.

This condo could not have been any better! From the minute we booked our reservation, Ken was very helpful and quick to answer all of our questions.
The location was perfect. An easy quick walk to the gondola at the base of Aspen or to get the free shuttles to get to Snowmass or Buttermilk. We walked into town every evening for dinner. Perfect perfect location.
The condo was extremely clean and well appointed. Ken even had a fire ready to be lit in the fireplace. I cannot say enough about this place. We will definitely rent this condo again!

We enjoyed our stay in Ken's place. The condo had everything we needed and was perfectly located in downtown Aspen. Much better than staying in a hotel room. Thank you.

Fantastic place to stay. Kitchen was stock full of cookware, dishes, silverware, spices - everything needed for making great meals which we like to do. Condo is very tastefully appointed. Beds and sofa bed were all very comfortable. Excellent location for our stay. Kenneth was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would love to stay here over and over again.

Pros - great location, very responsive owner, clean and spacious, Jura coffee maker
Cons - all of the kitchen cabinets were full so there was no room for groceries or enter belongings. The ski locker was half full with the owner’s belongings
There isn’t a foyer or mud room which made returning from the ski hill awkward

Perfect house for us in Aspen. Parking was easy and very walkable to everything. The unit is well equipped and beds were very comfortable.

We spent Christmas at this property and had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful and in a great location. Just a three minute walk to the gondola. The beds were very very comfy - kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, great appliances, and just a great space. The owners were very accommodating and went the extra mile to make our stay special.

The dwelling is beautiful and was perfect for four adults as a base to enjoy downtown Aspen. The value was good, and the host Ken, was beyond accommodating. We really appreciated his efforts.

The property owner was highly responsive to any needs throughout our stay. The location is absolutely perfect - walking distance to the town and the mountain. The apartment was clean, quite with all needed amenities. Id return in a heartbeat

We had an amazing short week in Aspen. This property has on-site parking but you can walk to everything around town easily. Was great for our family of 5 - played at Wagner Park ALOT! The beds were very comfortable and Ken was great with communication. We look forward to our next visit in Aspen 💙

The condo was really nice, clean and looked recently remodeled. We didn’t see an elevator, which made moving in/out a little challenging. Great location and check-in was very easy with the keypad.

Our time in Ken’s Aspen Condo was terrific. Smoothest VRBO check-In experience ever👍 Condo was in great condition...clean and beautiful. Well equipped for cooking needs. Great location for all of our Aspen activities. Communication with Ken was instant and Clear. Hope to rent Ken’s condo next year🤞

Centrally located & near bus stop. Unit was reasonably clean as we arrived during cleaning - staff did not finish. Comfortable and with amenities - full kitchen, great couch & TV, refreshed bathrooms & washer/drawer. Owner was readily available when we reported a small maintenance issue. We totally enjoyed ourselves. Only tiny complaint is that there are too many artistic decorations leaving little surface room to place gloves, hats & skiing paraphernalia.

Great location, perfect for our family of three, we loved everything about it except we wanted the wood trim and bathtub. The pictures online are a little different from the inside of condo. Ken was great, easy to get a hold of and location very convenient within walking distance. He set up a nice Christmas tree 🎄 inside too.

Wonderful location in downtown Aspen. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and shopping. Unit was very clean and owner was very responsive (he even added a Christmas tree for us for Christmas ). Highly recommend and will be back for sure.

We had a great stay at this property. Location was quiet yet close to everything downtown. The fireplace was so cozy and relaxing and the beds were great! Very happy we chose this condo.
