We had a great time. House came with everything we needed to make meals ( pots , plates , cups ). Very comfortable space . The dock was awesome as it had a slide and a “water trampoline”. The game room was fun . We used the kayaks and the vests when we went into the lake. Fire pit came with plenty of wood. The deck is brand new and we made some BBQ there. I would recommend to take a patio cover as the sun hits you right in the face in the afternoon. Fishing was nice and we caught lots of fish. I will come back on the future. Awesome House!!!

Clean, master bath is huge. Kitchen had everything except a Keurig. Not one ceiling fan worked. Plenty of beds and room. Lake access is a cove. No propane or BBQ to use. Loved the air purifier.

We stayed from June 7-11. The house was amazing and so very spacious for the rate. The game room was a plus with the teenagers and the kitchen and amenities were a dream!!! The only problem was that the beds were less than what would have been expected for such a beautiful place. Back aches all around for the adults!

Very comfortable and spacious. Lake view and small private beach area in quiet setting. Lots of ping pong games in basement, very fun ( because we had rain we took advantage) enjoyed the paddle boards before the rain came, though. Such a beautiful lake and surrounding area.

This home was fine for my family of 4 for the week. We enjoyed the small private beach, kayaking, cooking meals, and the views. The house is new so the bathrooms & kitchen are very updated. The house was clean when we arrived. The pictures were accurate for the home. - This house is on the warm side of the lake - look this up if you are unfamiliar with Lake Anna. - This home will be great when finished. The basement has some games but isn't a spot to hang out (completely unfinished). There is no deck from the 2nd floor so there are doors that go no where - be careful with young kids. We BBQ'ed but feels clunky going through the basement or out the front door around the back of the house to get to the backyard. - Bring some supplies. This home did not have some of the basics I would have expected (tissues, more than a few rolls of TP, dish soap for the week, etc.). We brought a water filter pitched because the fridge was flashing "replace filter". - No curtains/blinds on many windows gives great views but also means the neighbor's dock lights shine into your bedroom some nights and eating dinner at the table with sun shining into your eyes. - I had to text the rental company to get the access codes to enter the home. Thankfully they replied quickly. There are a few other quirks with some of the furniture. This home had what we needed for a fun week with our 2 kids. Wouldn't hesitate to return as these aren't deal breakers and hopefully some will be fixed in the future.

Quiet area. Comfy beds. Would have liked to have been warned about the warm/cold sides of the lake. It was a terrible temperature.

Very nice house with tons to do. My Family really enjoyed the time together there. Will be a much better place when owners get it finished. We had issues with the fridge and there was only two pieces of wood for the fire pit.

we had a relaxing time till the brushwacker came through and destroyed the groundhogs homes. They were so cute and then they were gone.
