Loved the house and had a great stay. Would absolutely book this property again.

The property was perfect for my family. It was clean, quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed to be able to cook in instead of eating out. Plenty of shopping nearby. Near the wedding site in Littleton. Though Denver is a great city, it was nice not to be in constant hubbub.

This was a nice place to stay, clean, and plenty of room. Jen the host was real responsive with the communication.

Met our needs for long weekend. House and fenced yard was a lot bigger than we thought. Yard great for our dogs to roam safely. Convenient location to most of Southwest Metro area. Bring all of your own bathroom supplies!

The owner was very communicative and helped fix the wifi issues right away. The house has a few quirks - doors that don't fully shut, colder in some areas than others, etc but it was nice overall while we waited for our house to be worked on!

The pictures were very accurate to the space. There weren’t enough towels in the property but overall the house was very nice.

My wife, 2 young kids (3 and 1) and myself spent 5 nights here and could not have picked a better space. We especially loved the basement and going to nearby parks. Absolutely recommend staying here!

This house was perfect for my husband and I and our daughter, her husband and our granddaughter. We were staying here for 3 nights during our son's wedding. He lives in Littleton and that's where the wedding was so the location was ideal. Everything was modern and clean with the pack and play we needed for our granddaughter. Nice neighborhood that felt safe. Initially we had a hard time finding the pack and play since there was actually a complete one and 2 partial ones but they were in different closets so it was confusing at first. Eventually we found the actual one and all was good but when arriving late in the evening, it was a bit frustrating. Other minor things were the queen mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms were a little worn and the floors were VERY creaky. Not usually a concern except when trying not to wake a sleeping baby. Kitchen was well furnished and we loved having the washer and dryer, iron and ironing board available. We would definitely stay at this house again.

I came to Colorado to attend my graduation. I brought friends and family with me and stayed at this beautiful house perfectly located from shopping and easy access to anywhere you may want to go. It was nicely set up, had everything anyone would need for a stay including a pack and play for infants! The house was clean and the yard was kept up with. It had tvs with many streaming services not that you would use them with everything so conveniently close by. It turned out to be an amazing stay in comfort and style on a budget. Far better than multiple hotel rooms and definitely convenient with the ability to use a full kitchen. The stove/oven was also a huge perk of the house!

property is very clean and in a good location near Denver activities. Our only concerns were the a/c thermostat has default settings that were not to our preference. We had to change the settings every day to keep the home cool and comfortable. The heat was turning on in the early a.m. hours and we were sweating as it is set to 69 and the downstairs bedroom was like a sauna. Also, the dining room chairs are in need of repairs/replacement as the rungs are falling out and could cause severe injury to someone sitting in them. Also, the downstairs bathroom sink fixture on the right side is in need of repairs. The spigot is not even attached to the countertop. Other than these few things, everything else was perfect for our family and friends who were in town for a wedding.

Our family had a great weekend here. We had a swim meet at DU for the weekend and the location was perfect. Plenty of space for the family and the boys enjoyed the fire pit and s'mores!

No complaints on this property….everything was as is. Easy and comfortable from start to finish.

Our daughter and her family enjoyed it and FaceTimed with us and it’s perfect 🙋🏻‍♀️ We hope we will be able to stay there soon for sure next Christmas if all goes well with flights !! Thanks Gale and family

Perfect place and location for our needs. 2 adults and 4 teens. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out with comfort. Clean, well maintained and communication with the owners was great! Amenities were well suited for us and plenty of supplies for our stay were provided. Quiet neighborhood but super close to main roads, centrally located and plenty of nearby shopping and eateries. Only suggestion I have is a coffee grinder for beans would be great for those of us that like fresh ground coffee and not a fan of Starbucks. I would absolutely stay again! Thank you!!

We needed a place to stay after a wedding and it was a perfect house for us. Great basement to watch a game. House is beautiful, communication excellent, easy to find and check in. Highly recommended!

I have been a VRBO customer for 10 years and this has been one of the BEST vacation rentals I have stayed in. The photos do not do this home justice! My adult kids and I were in town for my baby brother's wedding just for a couple of days. I wish we would have stayed longer. The home was so comfy and spacious. My daughter-in-law is pregnant and the cool downstairs was perfect for her and my son. My youngest is anemic so sitting in front of the electric fireplace in the living room was her cozy spot. My petite middle kid found her cozy spot in the breakfast nook watching the rabbits hopping through the back yard. There was plenty of room for us to gather in the living room or the basement family room to play games or watch movies. We all reside in flat, snowy states, so we will definitely be back to enjoy the mountains and this cozy home!
