The villa is well designed and to a high standard throughout. Spacious, clean, well equipped and secure. The pool is fantastic and the outside space well planned. The carefully landscaped garden means the pool is secluded and not overlooked by other properties. It’s a very peace and private property. Host Costas is friendly and welcoming. He provided excellent service. Throughout our stay he was always responsive and quick to help. Nothing was too much trouble. The generous welcome pack was much appreciated.

The property is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Skala, perfect if you don’t want to be too far from town, but far enough to have peace and tranquility in your own homely space. The pool is lovely and was cleaned every other day. The cleaner was good. We were impressed by the thought and care that went into the supplies the host left for us; coffee, bread, fruit, milk, water, cheese and ham, and a few other items, as our flight arrived late so we had no chance to get any food on arrival. Great communication with the host. I would stay again.

The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave!

What a lovely week we have spent here. 5 minutes walk from the main town but in a beautiful private place. For three of us there was plenty of space and it felt like a home from home. Costas was on hand if needed but everything went smoothly. The villa is simply decorated and cosy and the pool area is private and relaxing. The kitchen has most things you will need and also handy for eating outdoors. Also several different balconies to enjoy the lovely views of the mountains. WiFi was better downstairs; aircon was fab; shutters on windows for an extra peaceful nights sleep. Pool guy came twice in a week to clean the pool and cleaner came halfway through. Skala is a wonderful place to visit with plenty of lovely restaurants. A gorgeous relaxing start to our holidays. Thank you.

A couple of niggles but nothing that would spoil our stay. The shower is great but wouldn't stay on the holder.

Distances are incorrect however this may be down to Booking.com algoritms. Superb villa, spacious, super clean, big pool. Costas was VERY helpful, perfect host. Will return!

Great villa with lovely private pool. Very good hosts who responded very quickly to any questions and requests. Pool cleaned daily. 10 minute walk to town centre/beach - with good taverna and shops. We liked Kaminia beach - short drive away and lovely two restaurants for lunch.

Lovely Villa just on the outskirts of Skala, very peaceful with lovely gardens displaying grapes, citrus fruits and plums. There’s a very nice pool which is cleaned very regularly, not too deep if you have small children. The pool area itself has plenty of sun or shade, whichever is your preference on the hot summer days with sun loungers and table for relaxing. Costas, the host sourced and helped us out with anything needed. You won’t have any issues with your stay. Aircon units are situated in living/dining area and both bedrooms and are all fully functional to keep you cool. The owners also own a taverna right on the beach, the food is fantastic and both times we went Costas very kindly booked our table and we were always made to feel very welcome.

Costas was very friendly and helpful, the villa was cleaned twice a week, towels bins bedsheets etc., it was perfect for my wife, her mother and I. Both bedrooms were a good size, each with a largish balcony with the twin room overlooking the front of the property onto the garden with orange trees, of which I ate a couple, delicious, the double room overlooking the pool area, the upstairs bathroom was large enough too with a shower attachment in the bath behind a curtain, air con/heating system worked fine, a large open lounge diner kitchen with a dining table big enough for 6 and a smart TV, coffee table and 2 two seater leatherette sofa's and we had easily enough room to charge the hired motobility scooter in the lounge and a handy downstairs toilet with washbasin. A decent sized small pool, not heated, deeper than stated, but not much, check before letting small children in and be careful as the tiled area of the the pool is obviously slippery when wet. It is a slow 10 minute walk, or 5 minutes if you're fit, to the centre of skala and if you go to Paspalis taverna (part of paspalis villas)you get 10 percent off their delicious food, We enjoyed our stay at the villa very much.
