There was no complimentary water in the room , the TV was not functioning and the AC was not cooling enough .

The ambience of the hotel is simply fantastic! The entire staff is so welcoming and we’re very helpful during our stay in Chennai.

Good food, services and hospitality. View of the city from the hotel room, looking at the LnT office was great.
No wifi on the TV. Called room service and came to know it had been that way for almost two months. Considering the price and brand of establishment with the way of not fixing something as basic as wifi TV for nearly two months is demeaning. Not sure if it has been fixed yet.

Not flexible with the options of early check in. Would have been great to have an option to get an early check in approved before arrival than only waiting till the last minute to come to know that it is full.
