It was impeccably clean and I couldn't believe the room we got for the price, very generous size, comfortable bed. The location is top, it's right in the city centre, so all the attractions are within walking distance, most of them 10-15 minutes away. Just perfect for our weekend getaway!

Facilities are a little outdated and worn down. But again - very well maintained and clean.

Great location. Parking is out front on the street and we managed to find a spot. The room was clean and checkin was easy. There is a communal kitchen where we made breakfast. It was fine for a single night and the price made it a deal.

The hot water was just tepid, not hot enough for a shower. And the wifi didn't work.

Communication was non-existant. The receptionist needs training. She is obviously a very intelligent young lady, but does not anticipate the various needs of travellers from different countries and cultures. We have places open all day in the UK. I wound up HANGRY, wandering the streets and everywhere was shut. The restaurant below is connected, and is excellent. We were sadly led to believe that Mother was in house and would make us a snack, of some description. Once we sussed it out, it was boss. Lovely food, cooked by a lovely lady

Very happy about the location. easy to walk to any attractions in center. it’s easy for travelers with car since it’s just at the edge of the old town, so you don’t need to suffer from the tiny rocky path, and fairly easier to find (paid) street parking. High ceiling make the room feels larger and more airy. Price was competitive and you get basic but readable facility. The host was very friendly. Host and the caretaker didnt stay at the property, only show up at check in and morning cleaning.

There are many details can be (easily) took care of to make it a greater place to stay. The door knob for the shower wasn’t attached and fell off every time we open/close the door. The cover of the drainage in the shower wasn’t screwed in the place, it’s basically a piece of metal that can be moved everywhere during your shower. The kettle and coffee machine in the common area needs better maintenance as they were all furred up with limescale. The bed frame can probably be stabilized to the floor since it made horrible noise at every single tiny movement you make.

We felt really welcome and check in was easy and smooth! The room was great and spotlessly clean. We stayed in an "upgraded" room due to a technical issue but I'm sure the booked twin would have been just as pleasant. There was a shared living room and kitchen in really good condition too. Really happy and would stay again!

The property is great, very nice and well remodeled. Our room had a balcony to the park and it was very comfortable and clean. The day we stayed was hot and there is no air conditioning on the evening. We had to sleep with the window open. The place is very quiet and central. Walking distance to everywhere. The restaurant downstairs had great food for affordable prices. We had a private bathroom and RV. We definitely recommend it.

The fan didn’t work and the room is a little hot during the night.
