The house is huge. 4 bedrooms can host 10 people with no problem even though we do not have that many people to fit. The house is very clean and kitchen is very nice. There are washer and dryer in the house. It just feel like home.
There was a discrepancy in the instructions we received. It said that the door is unlocked. But we have to go to lava resort to get the key and then went into the house.

The house is beautiful! Everything was well designed and appointed. The location was great, everything was super clean. Beds were super comfy, best sleep I had on our trip. Fantastic place to stay!
The check in process was horrible. This was our last night after 9 nights in Iceland. Every where else check in was contactless, instructions sent to me in the morning. I never received any info about check in, so I went directly to the location. There were no instructions. I called the number in the booking and someone gave me vague instructions "go to reception next door" I went to three different locations right "next door" (hotel and 2 restaurants) and no one knew where I should go. So I called another time and someone else gave me more adequate instructions. Told me to drive to the Lava Hotel down the road to check in, not next door (2-3 miles down the road). Everything after check in was great but would have loved more communication.

Beautiful unit, everything needed was available, room for 9 and only 5 of us, views were excellent and in a nice location between the capital and the penninsula.

Great location for Snaefellsnes adventures

We loved the lupines and grazing sheep that would come for a visit. The location was great - just next door to a lovely cafe, and perfect for exploring Snaefellsnes. The beds were super comfortable!

Cleanliness, comfort, tranquility, good place to visit the Snaefellsnaes peninsula.

It was a beautiful home and we enjoyed staying there. Be prepared to cook because there aren’t any nearby restaurants. It’s out in the country.
