Excellent place, clean & tidy and we slept really well

Excellent kitchen with good white goods

Having to negotiate numerous sets of traffic lights between the property and Selly Oak

The location was approximately 4 miles from the city centre. A taxi cost £12 -£15 to the centre. It was a lovely, quiet location and we had a fully equipped kitchen if we needed to prepare food, drinks. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets provided. Towels, soap and shampoo were also provided. The living room had two settees and a television.

The property was very cold. When we arrived we only had five minutes to spare before leaving again and didn’t return until midnight. We couldn’t contact the owners at that time to query how to use the heating but hoped it would have come on in the morning. It didn’t so we had a quick coffee with our coats on and left earlier than intended. This was the only fault we had, everything else in the property was excellent.

The house is located in a lovely little area that's quiet and peaceful with some shops dotted around which was lovely if you needed some cooking supplies, the owner was a lovely host and gave us all the details needed as well as providing a phone number to call if anything went wrong. In addition to this, the house was clean, equipped with everything you'd need for a stay such as towels or tea bags or shampoo's! We even had a small little basket of treats and coffee to make in the coffee machine, the beds were comfortable and everything was nice and tidy. The garden was also a lovely little place to sit down and relax in the fresh air. I would definitely say it was well worth the money, and I would definitely stay there again if I ever came to Birmingham again!

Personally there wasn't anything wrong with the house at all. We really enjoyed our stay there and found nothing wrong with the house whatsoever. Absolutely perfect!

The house was very clean and comfortable

The way the host treated us dispite me constantly updating him and informing him of my guests visiting and assuring him the property would not b damaged whichever he saw and agrees he was happy. I did not appreciate him agreeing thst we could check out at 11 but called us 930 and told us that he has locked the gate and that no one can leave like literally hold the guest hostage until he ain't checked the property we were all wen and only had my nephew there and he turned up with his 4 ppl. He inspected the house and agreed he was satisfied and thst nothing was damaged then he complains to booking.com very very disappointed

Owner really friendly, clean, nice garden, comfy beds, nice tv, nice area. Can’t go wrong 😊
