I love how close it is at Nagahama Beach also the owner is really nice. The room is beautiful and spacious.

I paid extra for a room with a balcony and a view. The balcony was very dirty and could not be used. The view was of a water treatment plant and of an existing building site which will be there for some time to come. Very steep and in my view unsafe stairs to the room on 3 floor. The temperature in the stairwell was extremely high. A need to change shoes all the time. But didn’t have slippers to fit a size 11. ??? Very small bathroom. Aircon turned off during the night? No free water or coffee in room. Only Japanese TV. The place seems to be two floors of accommodation in a family home. Can not recommend.

Most comfortable beds I have had in a hotel for a very long time. A beautiful beach next to the hotel.

I liked this hotel a lot! It is located in front of a beach, it's close to the station, the host is a nice person. He served basic breakfast and took me to the station on my way back. I saw some people complaining about breakfast and I don't understand why. It is stated it will be basic. Two toasts, an egg or a sausage and a drink. I eat less for breakfast when I cook it myself. And it's free. The rooms are exactly like on the photos, it's very clean. From amenities you have shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a tooth brush.

- On this particular trip, I traveled with my family by car and we luckily could use free parking supplied by the property owner but apparently, there are more parking spaces if the property is full. - There is a big family bath that can be reserved and the owner will prepare beforehand. - The property is near to the beach which can be reached on foot. - I paid to have a room with ocean views and that promise was fulfilled. - This property seems to be reasonably new or has been recently refurbished,

- Our room was on the last floor and there is a lack of lift so be prepared to do several trips up and down the stairs. - The room was well presented but there is a big lack of cleanliness and there is dust all over the furniture and cabinets, tv unit, etc. So if you have some sort of dusty allergies be prepared in advance for this kind of issue. - The duvets had stains on them so unsure if they have ever been washed. - The balcony area was full of debris and is quite dirty. Balcony furniture seems to be there for quite some time and I wasn't confident to sit on them as it might perish away once sat. - My big disappointment was definitely the "breakfast". I had read in previous reviews that the breakie was quite basic but I was believing the owner would have fixed that I was wrong and the breakfast is in fact basically A boiled egg, A slice of white toast, a bit of butter, and A cup of capsule coffee or a glass of juice. I am not making this up so do not expect much for breakfast in this property because you will be quite disappointed so be prepared to have breakfast elsewhere at your own cost. - The property is run by the on-site owner and I noticed that all the floors have some sort of surveillance cameras which was not a single sign formally displaying that you are constantly recorded I find that a bit concerning and I am hoping there aren't any hidden cameras inside the rooms or in the big family bath. - This was a trip for my family and I was happy to see them enjoying themselves without caring much about all the issues that I found but if I am traveling by myself I would rate this property even worst.

The owner of this place is a real one and gave off the same cool vibes as Ed the “vacuum cleaner repairman” from Breaking Bad. He even drove me to some nearby locations to save me having to wait for a bus in the cold.

Clean and spacious western style room, good location with sea view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, even offered a lift back to the station upon checkout.

Comfortable feeling of the place. Staff/owner was very nice and helpful... Extremely accommodating to our requests! Location is right near the beach and not very far from the station. A convenience store, vending machine and restaurants are nearby. A very cozy seaside town.

Felt more like a dorm room in a university, than a hotel... But I actually kind of liked that. Station is a bit of a trek uphill, but that it not the hotel's fault... Blame mother nature. ; )

The accommodation is close to the train station and just a few minutes away from a nice beach.

The location is great, very close to the beach and a few restaurants. And it’s very close to the Atami Pudding which was a surprise. The room was nice and clean and the owner was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
