Unfortunately we had a poor experience on this occasion, although we normally enjoy staying at this hotel. On the second night of our three night stay, we were kept awake by the guest next door playing very loud pornographic films until 6am. We complained and they switched rooms for us for our final night. I twice asked to talk to the manager who was ‘in the back but not available’. I asked to be partially refunded for the 2nd night because we hadn’t slept. I was told the manager had said no. Then a supervisor told us we would receive a partial refund within 3 working day. We haven’t received this, of course. I appreciate that a hotel cannot control poor guest behaviour, but of course they can control how they deal with guests impacted in this way with respect and empathy.

First room smelt of cigarette smoke and weed with port attempt to cover up smells with bad air freshener. After 30 minutes, eyes were swollen and chest burning from the smoke. Called downstairs, got room #2. . . Which happened to be next door to room #1. The AC wouldn’t work- on wall- and when it was adjusted to COOL down, the temp actually went up. Back down to desk for room #3. This one didn’t have cigarette smell and air worked in room, but the amount of dirt, dust, and lack of cleaning was abhorrent. It took over an hour to finally get into a room. I’ve had good luck with La Quintas, but this management of this one clearly don’t care. I’ll add it to the list of hotels I won’t stay at close to Philadelphia Intl.

Went to flush the toilet the toilet was clogged called the front desk he said he would be there in 10 minutes and then the next morning he said he forgot that there wasn't a maintenance person on site that he will take care of it Monday but I was already checking out on Sunday The sink in the bathroom and the plumbing did not work very well at all

We have stayed at this particular hotel several times. After this last stay we will chose a different hotel.
The property has seen better days. Our room had scuffed walls with paint missing in spots. The refrigerator was unplugged when we got into the room. After plugging it back on we realized it was unplugged due to the noise it made.
We booked a room with a king size bed. When we checked in we were given a room with a queen size bed that was handicap adapted. We did not need the accessibility.
We booked and paid in advance for our stay and it seemed as though we were given last minute accommodations.

Did not feel safe staying here. I was a lone single traveler. My room had an adjoining room with the adjoining room being occupied with a bunch of very young adults. This party was loud, obnoxious, smoking and drinking in the halls. It was clear this type of activity would carry on through the night. I did not feel safe staying in the adjoining room. When I asked for a room change I was denied. When I asked for a refund I was denied. When I asked for a manager on duty, I was told there was not one. I ended up checking out and continuing my travels without proper rest. If this is the clientele and service this establishment provides, I do NOT recommend this hotel.

My reservation was nonexistant upon arrival. They also charged me regular price vs what hotels.com gave me the room for. Bathroom mirror was dirty. Room was filthy. Door to room was broken. Not comfortable at all.

The airport pick up service is excellent we arrived at 3:00am and we wait only 10minutes. The personnel were nice and polite. The room need updated, the carpet was dirty, humid kind of wet and stained, the bathroom was not very clean the wall was stained. The breakfast was ok.

The staff were efficient and helpful. I did not use the breakfast buffet but it appeared well stocked. The rooms are normal-sized but very worn, including the furniture. The loveseat cushions were so worn out that you sit on the frame when you sit down. However, the hotel offers free parking in the back lot during your trip and transportation to/from the airport, which is a big bonus.

This hotel has gone downhill dramatically since a few years ago when we stayed there. It smells, it has this nasty heat throughout it, the rooms walls and floors look like they are under construction when they aren’t. The elevator is extremely slow and doesn’t feel safe. There is stuff on the walls that is unidentifiable of being blood or some kind of human fluids. There is obviously no money going back into the hotel to keep it modern and clean for the price you pay for a night stay. We checked in and within hours we just left because we were not going to stay there. It might as well be a run down motel looking monstrosity on the side of the road. Shame on the owners of this hotel as you are just nasty.

The Hotel is very near the airport.
But you have to phone to the hotel for the airport shuttle while wating at the stop number 4 in front of the airport entrance.
The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly.
It looks like the carpets in the corridors and in the room wouldn‘t be cleaned every day.
At the reception you can buy frozen food and put it in your room in the micro wave.
I recommend this hotel for having a late or an early flight and would chose it next time again.
Even it should be a 100% no smoking hotel, the smoke smell in our room was very strong.

Overall was a very good stay. Noises/cleaning crew could be heard in hallway. Entry door to room was soooo loud and squeaky.

The receptionist were friendly and respectful, the environment was ok and my stay was peaceful.

The rooms were cleans and the beds were comfortable. The pictures are outdated though. Carpets are pretty stained throughout the hotel and the bathrooms are a little rusty around the edges. They also overbooked our 5am shuttle but were able to get another shuttle within 5 minutes.

The hotel was a good stay except the parking was atrocious. If you arive or get in after 9pm you're out of luck. There is no hanging window tag program I believe that some cars were people using free airport parking.

The stay was well needed and comfortable but the water drain in the shower needs better cleaning. There is yellow ring stains around the drain inside the shower where you can tell that’s animal urine in the shower. The housekeepers needs to do more better observation and also behind the toilet on the floor up against the wall is where it has not been clean. No excuse for that matter.

Nothing special but a comfortable place to sleep which was close to the airport and Citizens Bank Park which is why I was staying. The hotel looked dated and felt humid and musty overall. Breakfast offering were only okay - not great. I did appreciate that water and coffee was available all day and night in the lobby.

It’s about 10 mins without traffic to the Eagles / Phillies Stadiums. With traffic after a game like 40 mins but with 50k fans coming out I understand lol. If i came back to Philly I’d book here again quiet and away from the city. Sesame place is also about 45-50 mins from the hotel.
Only downfall is besides Dennys it’s no good food spots around you have to travel at least 10-20 mins if you don’t want basic fast food or wawa.

Hotel had a room available as we were stranded due to a cancelled flight. Shuttle service to/from PHL was a plus. Hotel is a little tired and needs some basic maintenance although the bathroom was fairly updated.

The room had black mold on the ceiling. There was a strong musty odor in the room. Paint was bubbling off the walls. They clearly had water damage that they did not responsibly remediate.

External door to the stairwell was kept open with an object throughout my 3 day stay. Dangerous situation and was never addressed, didnt see security at any time. Property and room are very dated and dirty.

La Qunita was great. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast, but it could use more seating. The room was great, beds were comfortable, close to Philly, great price. My kids really enjoyed it.

Staff kind and courteous. Breakfast good. Room was ok.. noted some damage to heater vent and curtains hanging off rod like damaged. Reported to front desk they promptly put on my profile so we won’t be for incidental on our room profile. No issuers transportation good from hotel to airport. It was ok.. no major complaints . I would stay there again.
