I check in, they hawk if we had a pet we said yes, we were charged for that not sure if it was $50 total or per night, I’m afraid to look honestly. Nowhere does it say they charge a fee for pets just that it’s “pet friendly”It looked like it would be a nice hotel nonetheless, we get in the room the AC was hard to maneuver we had to call the front desk, then the bathroom door had an issue where it needed to be lifted in order to be closed completely, the toilet tank wouldn’t fill up without tapping the water thingy. First night we notice there’s something between the wall and the mattress, we pulled out a crusty moldy orange and A CRUSTY BROWN BANDANA…!! That threw me over the edge. We were just looking for a nice place to stay and avoid the heatwave.
The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the stay.

I had an excellent experience! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, providing top-notch services throughout my visit. The facilities were spotless overall, with a noticeable emphasis on cleanliness, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. We did have a minor issue with the floor cleaning, but it was quickly resolved by the team, who handled it efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service in a well-maintained environment!

Went for am overnight before an all day meeting in Hayward. Hotel lobby was under contraction and signage as to how to check-in was not obvious and there was no available parking where you were meant to enter. Upon getting to the front desk, the clerk was disinterested (having been roused from the back office where he had been on his phone), and not very helpful (had to ask where to go/best place to park, etc). Parking lot felt strange, unsafe. Got to my room after a long walk down what felt like uncooled hallways with dingy carpets (it was hot outside and it felt like there was no AC on) and a very slow elevator ride. Room was fine. Large and somewhat dated in design but fine, clean. Felt safe inside the hotel as a single traveler, clean room, etc., but I would spend a little more money and stay elsewhere if I had to go back. I just really felt like this place lacked in making someone feel welcome, comfortable, etc.

The first time I stayed at this location it was really nice but this second time around the people in the vicinity seemed really unpleasant. It might have just been wrong timing because my first stay was way different.

The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the airport. It had all the amenities we needed (fridge, microwave, coffee maker). Beds we’re comfortable and large. There are some shopping options within walking distance (Target) as well as dining. Breakfast was fine with cold and hot options (omelettes, sausages) though no bacon.

The included breakfast was way above average. Different choices everyday (stayed 4 nights). Breakfast staff was pleasant and really hustling. Our room was only serviced once which was fine but we had to ask for towels.

There is a construction going on, should have been mentioned before booking.The closet sliding door in our room was broken. It was by our bed and I was anxious it might fall on the kids while sleeping. Room needs refreshing, especially bathroom area.
Lobby employee was helpful.

Pool needs refreshing and deep cleaning.

I like the fact that when I stay in this place I had a good experience.
One thing I don't really like is that people smoke inside of the facility and in the rooms and then the smell of cigarettes is Annoying.
But other than that services and cleaning are ok.

The facilities very good, everything was quiet, the dining room very good, only the person who attended us when we arrived at the hotel did not have a good face and it seemed that he did things with a bad attitude, hence everything was great!

Value hotel. Pet friendly but some rooms may smell. Wish they limited pet friendly rooms. Staff are nice. Security presence to watch perimeter of hotel. Pool was great for families. Small gym but not many used it. I come once a month.

I like the clean rooms and the breakfast selection was good. Not a complaint but a suggestion. To continue staying green like they claim if a customer hangs up a towel on the shower to reuse instead of be cleaned after one use then leave it when you clean the room. In fact you should encourage guests to reyse towels

I have been staying in this hotel every year that I come back to San Francisco are for working. The rooms are remodeled, excellent surroundings areas, an acceptable security in the parking lot, smooth check-in, and a great and varied breakfast. Maria, the woman in the kitchen is the best. When she is present or a charge of breakfast, everything is in order and place in.
