Just straight out a horror movie Blood stains on the floor roaches trash and horrible staff/smell

The property was extremely dirty, cigarette marks in the bathroom, dirty walls, hallways dirty, no elevator, freezer was full of frost, refrigerator portion had dirt all in the bottom. Extremely unpleasant very unhappy. I will say the staff was friendly but unwilling to help regarding a refund.

Our room was clean and nice bedding and refrigerator was good. Bathroom needed some work. Disappointed that ice machines didn't work on the hotest of days. Grumpys was great. Had to wait for 15 minutes to check in.

1st hour in the room, we took showers, the shower curtain was dirty and saw a roach on the wall. The smoke detector had a plastic bag around it from the last people that must of smoked in a non-smoking room. The sheets looked dingy, my husband and i bought sheets and blankets from Walmart. They gave us 2 towels for 2 people. Usually a hotel will give you 4 towels. Had to buy another towel for my hair at Walmart. The bed was so hard, felt like i was sleeping on a box spring. 👎👎👎👎 The parking lot at night was not good. People hanging out in parking lot that were not guest. The entrance door on the side was broken so anyone could walk in the building. Not happy with this being a Wyndham property. Will not be staying here again. Only reason we didn't get another room is that we paid in full and were there for 4 nights. We were 1500 miles away from home and there for a vacation.

Beds sheets had not been cleaned. Entrance smelled like pot. The room stank. It was an utter disaster.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. For a motorlodge and the price it met the expectations. The rooms are cleaner than the facade which probably needs some upkeeping. Overall, it met my expectations

They cancelled our room 12 hours before check in

The hotel it self was not bad. My only complaint is the whole floor smelled of weed. When we pulled up there was a guy sitting with the window of his room open so right there I figured he was smoking. My mom came with us and she has bad knees and there was no elevator and we were on the second floor. Also at 4am someone was slamming the main door. We only stayed one night for our nephews tournament so it was fine but definitely could use some updating. Staff was friendly though

This place was nice to stay for the weekend with my family. It helped that it’s in the middle of a lot of places to shop and eat.

Old, dusty hotel with essentially no breakfast. Courteous staff

Next door guest caused a disturbance. Breakfast area could be improved. For the low price is what you pay for. The owner need to upgrade overall.

What a shame the staff was incredible. The property was dirty. The bathroom fan had layers of dust inside it did not work the hallways reeked of marijuana I could go on, but I will not stay there ever again.

Smelled like smoke. Not clean.

We were on the 1st floor and couldn’t stay asleep because other guests kept being loud on our floor, slamming room doors or they kept coming in side door being loud.

Its was ok for a weekend, price is good

The Hotel was ok. The blinds didn’t close all the way and the parking lot light shown right on the bed. Also, there was an odd funky smell like dirty socks coming from the heater/air conditioner. The restuarant was cool, food was good and waitress was friendly. Checking in was seamless and the teller was very nice. Overall it was good, especially the price….

Love this place and the guys at the desk are so nice and respectful

This is quite possibly the worst hotel in the world. Drug addicts hanging out in the parking lot all hours of the night. One asked my if he could work for me while on my way to a job site. My room was never serviced by the staff in 14 days. I had to request clean towels from the front desk. The toilet in my room was not bolted to the ground. The whole building smelled of smoke. Absolutely gross!

Efficient prepared check in w bare bones essentials stocked. Clean.

The place is run down and desperately needs a total make over.

I'm usually not one to complain but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in a very long time. The hotel lobby and staff were nice but that was the end of it. Once you get past the hotel lobby I felt like I was in a third world country prison. The hallways were very dirty and doors to rooms were disheveled and full of rust. The door to my room had to be shut with force ... And only stayed shut with the security latch that only had shut the door halfway. The room floors were dirty and unkept.... But worst of all the room was infested with cockroaches in the bathroom in the bedroom and on the bed itself. It wasn't just one or two it was definitely a nest nearby The place was infested I said something to the hotel lobby attendant and his only response was that that was their last room available. I tried to relax and get some shut-eye but the roaches were just too much to ignore I stayed maybe 3 hours and left. I know there was probably nothing the hotel attendant could have done but they could have offered something or tried to make my experience not as bad as it was. I had to shake my clothes out to make sure there wasn't any roaches in it when I was getting back into them.. I wanted to shower but there was too many roaches in the tub and in the toilet and in the sink. But something definitely needs to be done

Don’t! Just don’t! We had to check in late, and the owner evidently wasn’t happy. Got chastised like a child. Not to mention the cleanliness of the room. Or lack there of! Shady area! Just save your money and drive on.

Inexpensive and quick to check in

Had to leave lights and tv on all night, no sleep because room had roaches in it as soon as we walked in they scattered to hide where ever they could . Told management and alls we got was sorry, not good enough or professional. The worst !!

The property was nice.

The property was very convenient to the area that I was attending a tournament.

Overall tacky appearance; folks that kinda looked down and out hanging around entrance smoking; overpowering smell of cleaning solution in air; cheap vinyl flooring in room; property snd outside of facility show signs of neglect

Stayed only for one night but it was fmgreat

It took 20 minutes to get someone to check me in then I got the room and walking down the hall it smelled like dog piss. I opened the door and roaches ran everywhere I ended up leaving I couldn't stay there.

Room looked amazing. Beds not that comfortable, bathroom door wouldn't close. Breakfast was just frosted flakes, raisin bran and coffee, nothing really for families. Room was easily accessible. Cable tv was good.
