Very tired hotel. Doubt if painted this century. No restaurant; no bar; no tea/coffee facilities in room. Basic bŕeakfast. Seems now to be used largely as a students' hall of residence. Wouldn't recommend.

Hotel is a bit old and tired in places but is due to undergo modernisation.
Ideal location and parking was a godsend even at 13 euro a night.
Real shame that the spa was such an expensive extra charge - 29 euro for a swim and sauna for an hour was too much.

The staff were lovely, the location fantastic, unfortunately our room did not live up to expectations. The net curtains at the window had a huge hanging rip in them, behind both the bedroom and bathroom door there were hairs and fluff like the cleaners never bothered there and the room just needed some overall care and attention. That said, because of the location, I’d give it another chance if I went back to Reims

Perfect for overnight stay in the centre of Reims close to restaurants and just a few kilometres off the A26,about 5 minutes. On site gated parking.

Spacious room with good aircon. We were on 3rd floor and lift was small but efficient.
Reception staff friendly. Secured parking at €13pn, and they let us leave car there for a couple of hours after (noon) checkout.

We booked a superior room. There was no safe or minibar in the room. There was a large stain on the carpet, paint was peeling off the walls and woodwork, the sink was cracked, most of the furniture was wood grain but the wardrobe was an old white cupboard. The toilet was separate from the bathroom but was very small. Nothing like the picture on the website

Interesting hotel layout, but very comfortable and good value. Pity they couldn't accommodate a parking space for us, but public parking nearby was adequate.

Excellent location, clean with friendly staff. Bed was a bit harder than I would have liked and the breakfast was more basic than similar priced options at other hotels I've stayed at in the past.

Nice stay hotel is in a great location in Rheims . Very clean but basic but we only stayed one night so perfect place to lay our heads before we hit the road the next morning

This hotel is situated very convenient in the city; near are both streets with restaurants and historical buildings. It vas easy to come by care and comfortable parking. Clean, quiet and with nice service.

Hotel is undertaking renovations but probably wouldn't stay again. Hotel itself is on the highstreet (5 minute walk from the square and 10 minutes from the cathedral) but is quiet at night. Bed was comfortable but room was dirty in places. Carpet threadbare and general feeling of the room was dingy. Parking is limited behind the hotel for an extra €13 euros a night. Spa is separate to the hotel so is at an extra cost. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

Its a DUMP! Don't get fooled by the pics. The hotel is dated, run down and falling apart. Windows are rotten, they dont shut. Aircon makes more noise than spew any air. No hot water (during my 1 day stay). Dingy and awful corridors.

I have stayed at this central hotel before and will do so again. A private car park which, because I have a motorcycle and parked to not take up a space, I was not charged for.
I have come with a group of motorcyclists in the past and we have used two or three spaces for multiple motorcycles and paid for the spaces we used which is only fair.
The hotel is getting a bit of a face lift, the corridors are tired but clean.
The rooms are very comfortable, clean and airy.
The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating.
Very good and ideal for me.

Clean, excellent help spa next door got my legs pain free and working again after 50 Kilometers of walking in Paris for three days. Recommended La Gaulois resturant best Mango dessert and Onion soup ever.

Very dull, old and quite dusty interior, especially the carpets. The toilet and bathroom were very old and worn out. Bed and sheets were fine.

Parking was on site but is very limited, 13 euro per night. As with other reviews, it's not the cleanlinest place, part of the ceiling had fallen off on the 4th floor. Needs a full refurbishment

The door of my bedroom was too short and therefore we were not properly isolated from the corridor

The property was very old and rundown. our room was on the 5th floor in a separate part of the building. We had use a very old elevator that scared us every time we closed the door. the 5th floor had no lights on in the hall, we had to use our iPhone flash light to find our room that was like going tru a maze. worst room we have ever stayed. worst than any old Motel 6's. We were also charged 147 euros wen the posted rate at the front desk was 107 euros.

It's a great location but some I felt the hallways, room and bathroom were starting to look a bit tired. Also, the hotel car park has limited space so you need to call the hotel and book in advance.
