My room was not very clean and multiple spots of mold, black mold at that, on the ceiling and in bathroom. There was shower scum and mold clogging the toiletries provided in the shower and even when j managed to get some out, it had mold in it so I did not put it on my skin. The glass door that took you outside the building made an awful and loud sound and I heard it all night and early morning waking me from sleep.

Hotel room had clear water damage and had a slight mildew smell. You could see on the way where they painted over mold. Also the toilet made really loud noises at times. Couldn't access the WiFi from the room as well. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff was always friendly and knowledgeable.
The building was in need of repair and updating. Although our room appeared clean and the bed was comfortable, the carpet had numerous stains.
It just was old and hadn’t been kept up. Coffee was not very good in the lobby and didn’t have regular cream or half and half. Only flavored creamers. Breakfast was ok. No fresh fruit.
Area around only had fast food options. Drove 20 minutes for a sit down restaurant with adult beverages.
Sorry. Except for the staff I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Front desk was very helpful. Friendly and professional. The room was great. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure excellent and there were plenty of towels. Good breakfast.

I was looking for a hotel that was cheap and clean. This was it. Although parts of the property showed age, (a few cracks in the wall, rust on the vents, and even an old wine stain in my room) I did not get the impression that it was unkempt. The surrounding area was quiet as well, and I thankfully didn't encounter any suspicious people/activity during my stay. Overall a good place if you're looking for affordability.

As soon as you walk you the front door you feel welcome. Front desk workers are friendly and courteous. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Good selection for breakfast.

The Quality Inn has very nice bed’s with pillows that are like soft clouds! Slept like a baby! They also serve breakfast and the breakfast area has EVERYTHING in it , from waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, cereal, bagels w/cream cheese, fruit, coffee,tea! It all looks amazing , Great place to stay

The hotel was clean and quiet. Service at the front desk was fast and got me to the room without trouble. Breakfast is very basic with eggs and sausage. For the the money it was a very good place to stay.

Parking was adequate. Tv channels are very limited. Microwave was dirty and missing the glass turntable. Carpet has burn holes. Continental Breakfast was pitiful. Had to cross the road and eat at McDonald's. No restaurants or stores within 10 miles. I was.required to leave a day early and giving them two days notice, they refused to credit the day.

Our room was fine except when I made our reservation in December I requested a King Size bed. When I went into our room it had 2 beds. I was told it was 2 Queens and they didn't have any King available. It sounded like that what we were getting and that was it. The Queen bed did not seem like a Queen - more like a full. Also the room was very close to the lobby and we heard a lot of chatter and other noises.

Reserved a smoking room. Got there and was told we have none we over booked. I smoke a cigarette about every 20 minutes. It was a long night having to go outside to smoke. The motel next door was 16 dollars cheaper but no smoking. I paid more so I could smoke.

The hotel was conveniently located and a great price. It is a little run down but they were working on it. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was ok but there’s a McDonalds next door. It was quiet even though it’s next to the interstate and a truck stop. I would definitely stay here again.

The Quality Inn in Bulls Gap is a hidden gem of a hotel. I booked my room on a whim during a long road trip and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable my stay was - and the staff is beyond kind!
