Spacious condo with lots of amenities. Very clean and easy access to Fraser and Winter Park. Will return.

It took a while to get inside though with multiple emails and calls before we arrived. It is a condominium saying with washer and dryer available but not in the unit! The building is not soundproof and I was awaken by cars or trains

The listing photos do this place a bit of a disservice as the property is much lighter and brighter (and therefore feels bigger and nicer) than advertised. Everything was clean and in good working condition and we had all we needed to sleep 5 adults and 2 kids for our ski trip. It's a condo complex so, yeah, you're going to hear the neighbors a bit. Wasn't an issue for us or disruptive in any way for getting good rest after long days on the slopes. Great value for the money and would be happy to stay there again.

Loved having the half bath. Property was clean. Great beds. Coffee pot did not keep coffee hot

This condo and complex was much nicer in person than it looked in the pictures. That rarely happens. I was very pleased with my unit. The furniture was nice and new, everything worked and it was nice and clean with a great patio. Definitely a really good value and I would stay there again when going to Winter Park.

Everything we walked on made any kind of sound. We made a conscience effort to be quiet and respectful to the people below us and they complained about the noise. Perhaps some sound or vibration barrier is needed. Otherwise everything was very clean and nice.

Great location. Very clean and the only thing that could’ve made it better were sheets for the pull out sofa and some extra blankets as we were there over a chilly weekend (didn’t bring extra bedding-thought it would be warmer!) Also, maybe some dish towels? Other than those little things, we had a great stay!!!

The water running around the unit was nice to hear in the mornings. It was a great stay no complaints

The property was clean and cozy, close to the Winter Park resort and a grocery store near by.

The property management company was incredibly rude. Then on our check out day, the cleaners showed up at 8:45 AM, with someone that I assume represents the company, telling us our check out was at 9, in spite of all documentation from Expedia saying 10. On the day of daylight savings changes so for us, it was 7:45 when they knocked. The condo is fine, nothing special but totally fine, nice sized, no personal or fun touches and the beds are very uncomfortable...kind of feels corporate. Well priced but they need to be nicer to people who are paying them money. It’s not that hard!

Very clean and comfortable. Have stayed here many times, place has always been clean, and management office is very good at responding for any additional needs. The condo is dated a bit, but the bathrooms were just remodeled and looks nice. Back patio would be nice if they shoveled to be used for the ski season.

I enjoyed the location in Fraser and having a bath and a half was a plus.

Comfortable and not overly fancy, just what the doctored ordered for a nice ski trip weekend. Kitchen supplies were limited, but there were plenty of coffee cups, which is always a plus

Great place only thing is the hot tubs were not correct on the temperatures. One aid the temp was 82 but it had to be at least 110 or hotter and the jets didn’t really work. Then the other hot tip said it was 78 but it was more like 50 it felt like ice water but the jets were good?

Comfy, very clean & convenient condo in Fraser. Condo had everything we needed for our stay, VERY clean and located two minute walk to Lift bus stop to take you to Winter Park. Hot tub in clubhouse was added bonus!

Two families stayed. Comfortable space for 7 of us. Nice hot tubs located in a separate building. Located really close to the Winter Park shuttle. Note that they don’t stock any food items, so bring your own salt and pepper.

It’s a really nice property with updated furniture and fixtures kitchen was very nice

The place was super clean!! Great location! Had everything you need in the kitchen.

It was excellent, except too far from Granby.

After hours Staff was helpful and very nice condo was beautiful inside and out there was no TV upstairs that had DVD inputs was the only thing that was disappointing other then that all was very nice

I love that the condo we were assigned to happened to be my maiden name. Wonderful facilities with hot tubs, sauna, and laundry on site. Fully furnished and convenient to Granby and Winter Park. Truly enjoyed our stay and found people so friendly. We were greeted upon arrival and asked if we had everything. Great trip.

Was able to only stay 2 nights but it was nice. loved the river behind us liked sitting on back porch (even though furniture was broken and not comfy)

Condo had plenty of space and provided adequate privacy.

When we got to Twin Rivers by Alderwood, we were a little nervous. The outside could use some cosmedic work, but when we walked inside it was a very nice unit. Everything was clean and smelled good. Ohter than the outside needing a little work, the only other suggestion that I would make would to put a television in the master suite.
