Started when the soap was put back in package and had hairs on it!!no shower curtain in shower, water spilled all over the floor! In great need of updating and repair. Very noisy in early AM. Did not get any sleep!

This is the second time in a row that i have found dirty washcloths hanginng in the shower. The bathroom smelled of mold. The rest of the room was clean and comfortable.

We needed a place to stay for a night. Not a lot of good options in the area. The few in Lake City were pushing 300/night. The room was aceeptable, but had a musty/pet smell, and my wife didnt feel safe. It works in a pinch, but would never stay here with young kids. Breakfast was bare minimum.

Breakfast was lacking however I anticipated this and brought breakfast food for my family. Otherwise adequate accommodations if you want to get to the springs early. Good dining options nearby.

Would not stay again.fan didnt work in the bathroom, phone didnt work so i could call the front deask, there were no Kleenex in the spot they were suppose to be, it reaked of old smoke, the sheets were on inside out and could wait to leave.. and the beds went way down when you sat on it.

The AC worked great! It was conviently located next door to a store and The Huddle House. The linens need updating. the comforter was very thin, looked like it was from the 70's and had burn holes in it. There was no blanket and as well as the AC worked i would have appreciated one or a thicker comforter. They have a continental breakfast that starts at 6:30. When i went on at 6:50 it did not appear to be set up.

The clerk was very friendly. Check in was easy. The room was nice, with two king sized beds, so it was a bigger suite. We came in late, so other amenities can not be commented on.

The room was neat. Bed comfortable. Tv remote did not work. Spiders in the room. One bed had a dead spider in the sheets.

My husband had a terrible rash from the bed sheets when we talked to the front desk they said it was just the detergent that they get alot of complaints about it. Also the people who use the hotel as extended stay are very loud and they were drunk with big dogs in the pool area could not even enjoy the facilities.
When we checked in and went to the room there were dead bugs on the floor asked for a broom and it never came.

Its a basic room. Theres nothing exciting about the room. You go, sleep, leave. Its beside a semi truck parking lot, and a Huddle House. The location is rural. Its not strategically located anywhere. If you need a last minute room, this it it. Nothings more.

Front desk was friendly. Housekeeping was hosing off concrete walk and when I opened door water puddle was inside door. Breakfast was very limited. Coffee was decent.

Horrible. After a long drive reserved this room for the night. Check-In was no issue but in morning after getting sick and throwing up all night, went to bathroom only to find MOLD all in shower and light switch area.
Spoke with management and even showed manager mold and was told nothing they could do. No compensation or anything. I have health issues on top of this & believe this enhanced my illness

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in, the room smelled like mildew, the rain was coming in under the door, there was mold growing on the wall and lamp and there were spider webs, with spiders occupying them, hanging from the ceiling. "Breakfast" was a few pieces of bread available to toast and an apple. The staff at the front desk were friendly, but that was the only redeeming thing about this place.

The rooms was so spacious. Our family of 5 easily slept with no worries. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was a little dirty like it needed to be vacuumed, but nothing major. Only downfall, the breakfast was lacking and could use some work. Other than that, we loved it.

Upon check-in was greeted by the clerk. Very friendly and polite. Was given a room, but unfortunately it did smell like smoke went back up was immediately given a new room with an upgrade. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful.

In general, it was a good place to stay for it's intended use. Staff was great. Breakfast was adequate. Room, in general, was okay. The metal for the light fixtures in the room were worn and rusty. Otherwise, it met my expectation. A little improvement goes a long way.

This is a simple place to stay on the other side of Lake City away from all the busyness of 90. This is my second time staying and I would stay again. It’s a place more for truckers and on the road workers to relax and get a good nights sleep. All the staff I encountered were supper friendly and happy to help or am so any questions. At less than $100 a night again it’s simple but that’s perfect for me. You do have to request a coffee maker if you want one. My room did NOT smell like marijuana as some of the other reviews state. It was relatively clean. It was quite at night as nothing that kept me awake. Thank ya’ll. I will be back next time

The a/c was so nosey, the room smelled old(stuffy) air wasnt on, no ironing board, iron very old(burnt on bottom), towels supposed to be white, they were beige. Wipe your face with towels, all kinds of hair on the towels getting in mouth, lightening not good, tub dingy. I checked out a day early because of the conditions, withoit getting a refund.

I actually made reservations here by accident and yes I regret it. The toilet leaked out onto the floor so they moved us which was good but the tub was grey and the covers were burned. Office lady said she would speak to her boss about me being compensated. Never got back with me. After a long day my key did not work and myself and my two kids in tow also had their hands full. Our room was upstairs and we had to come back down and go up to the office. No apology from the lady at the front desk. We could not connect any of our devices to the Wi-Fi as well. I travel with my own rags and towels thank God, because all of theirs were grey or grey and brown. I would NEVER stay here ever again.
