Good costumer service

This was the worst Motel 6 that I have ever stayed in. It was so run down. The walls and ceiling in our room had been repaired in many places with mismatched paint and looked awful. The door looked so dirty and like it wouldn't even hold if someone tried to push on it. The furniture was terrible and the bed was the worst. Very uncomfortable, loud, and squeaky. I can tell it had been cleaned thoroughly by housekeeping and they did a super job with what they had to work with. My husband and I went to Walmart and bought our own pillows and blankets because we would not lay on the bed. Luckily we only had 1 night until and early flight out but we seriously almost slept in the car. Check in staff was very nice and helpful and that was the only good thing about the place. I never leave reviews, but just don't do it!!

My room was nice. I got the double room with four beds for a decent price. My wife and kids enjoyed the stay. We all slept comfortably. The air conditioning worked really well. The only problem was the hot water took forever to heat up but the issue was resolved fairly quick.

The shower had very low water pressure. There was ice on top of the refrigerator.

Property was FULL of very suspect LOUD persons and no lack of weed smoke and smell. Staff was amazing and very nice but it’s obvious they have no control over the area population that is drawn to their location.

Besides the front desk clerk being helpful and welcoming, the location is conveniently close to restaurants and shopping center. The room was clean; however, the bed sheets need to be cleaned thoroughly. Asides from that, I would definitely come back.

I tend to stay in higher star hotels. I felt this hotel was well priced and my needs were met.

It was cheap. That's good. It seemed a little sketchy, the area that is. Towels and such were very small, bed was clean, but hard and rough. Just felt a bit... Run down. But it was cheap, so that made up for it.

The staff was very efficient and helpful. But I didn't like was that I had to leave as I needed to get on the road couldn't stay another night

Seem to have a lot of shady people around, property could use some maintenance clean up, updating, and withstand better housekeeping.

I didn't make this purchase I need a refund someone took my phone and now I got charged way to much money

I reserved a "Non-Smoking" room because I am allergic to cigarette smoke, when I went in the room it has an obvious odd smell to it and the bed spread had a cigarette burn hole in it, because of the funk in the room I woke up feeling sick this morning. The toilet kept trying to flush itself every five minutes I had to leave the door closed on night, there are gaps in the bathroom floor and no caulking for the bathtub at the edge of the floor, all of the lights are slow to come on when you flip on the light switches, the sink faucet is loud and has come loose from the counter. Regarding "Unsafe" there were some sketchy looking people walking around the parking lot both last night and this morning.

Prostitutes asking if you want a date. Room dirty and used condom on floor. Nasty nasty and management refused a refund

The staff are hardworking and helpful, friendly and made the stay just perfect.

I've stayed here a few times but this last time has been extremely disappointing. I've made many requests to fix the hotel phone, nothing. It's very loud on the weekends and the prostitution that happens here is enough to turn my stomach! There is 1 saving grace, Kaycee! She's an absolute amazing person, always cheerful and to be honest I would have left the day I came in if it wasn't for her. I paid for a month ( housing issues) but I'm leaving weeks before my time because of the the disregard and lack of respect for people who "pay " for their stay.
