My trip was to visit a family member who was sick the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were also very accommodating to my situation. I would also recommend staying here for the future. There’s no major thrills but a good solid and clean environment which was comfortable.

The Hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. and free parking! Great Hotel, we will stay here again when we travel o Madrid Spain!

The hotel is clean, and the price is reasonable, however, the night I stay, is horrible. Such a bad end to my Spain trip. When I check in, it's around 11 pm, only two single rooms left, and those two rooms are built near each other with only one door separate two rooms. it's not supposed to be a single room, but a family room. Because of that, it's not quiet at all!!! I know a guy lived next to me, since he was checking in at the same time of me. I can hear he walked in his room exactly like someone walk in my room, I can hear he was watching football, opening plastic bags for sneaks and unpacked his luggage. But I had no issue with that gentleman, it's our routine activity, everyone does it. THE REAL PROBLEM is the room has terrible soundproofing!!! As a young single lady, I couldn't sleep when I can hear exactly another guy did next to me. Usually, I fall asleep very fast, but that night, it's just so uncomfortable and unsafe to sleep. When I went to the lobby and tried to at least get a pair of ear plugs, the manager told me that they don't provide it and asked me to get it myself by walking to a pharmacy store alone at 12:30 am during midnight in a “deserted” place. BTW the room is hot even in April, not recommended for summertime.

A very pleasant one night stay on the journey from Santander to the Costa Blanca. Hotel was modern, clean and well located next to retail park with lots of eating options. Breakfast was very good and the complimentary bottle of carva on arrival was a very nice touch. Would certainly stay again on a similar journey and would highly recommend to others.

Everything was clean and easy access to bus and a little walking distance to metro. Overall good place

Good stopover halfway to southern Spain, very close to A3. Nice outdoor eating area, food expensive but very nice. Dog friendly with extra charge dogs only allowed in bedrooms and out door dining area

Well appointed, nice bathroom, quiet room, bar staff very accommodating when we wanted a nightcap fairly late , restaurants within walking distance, on bus routes to get into Madrid or a 10 min walk to the metro Our bathroom door needed some attention- staff alerted

comfy beds and clean rooms staff helpful and friendly takes an hour by metro to get into Madrid or 30euros by uber

The rooms were only able to have 2 people in them, and there were 5 of us so we needed 3 rooms

Great hotel, friendly and good service. Restaurant does a very good menu of the day and of the night at a very good price. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the airport but as you join the motorway it can be really busy, so leave in plenty of time.

Arrived late on Sunday. Bar shut !! Staff still managed to get me a beer couldn’t fault the staff. Room really clean ,bar staff friendly would definitely recommend it

In the very arid outskirts part of Madrid's spreading suburbs. Metro to the city took about and hour, but at least were able to avoid the city traffic. Free parking was very appreciated.

Nice hotel just outside off Madrid, with some good shopping opportunities in the neighbourhood.

Lovely looking bathroom and room with fantastic view from the large windows in the room. Speaking no Spanish the staff were very helpful and welcoming!

Overall it was a good stay at the Hotel, walking distance to a nearby mall.

Really, no internet in the room without paying an extra fee? In two weeks in Spain, the only place that did not have wifi in the hotel room. Not up to what I've come to expect from hotels in the Marriott chain. Would not stay there again.

The hotel is very nice, the location is a problem is distance to "feria de madrid" and Madrid ( city) is about 40€ of taxi, and the public transport aren´t nera the hotel. If you need to rest, it´s ok, but if you go to Madrid, is better to think another hotel

If you plan to tour Madrid, I suggest to stay around downtown Madrid otherwise you will be taking the subway to get to your destination. If you don’t understand how the subway works stay away from Rivas area.

very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms in modern style. convenient public transpotation to city center, and restaurants in shopping center opposite the hotels, easy to find food outside if you don't want to eas in the hotel. they provide lots of free drinks in mini bar and lobby's rest room, very nice.
