This was a short one-night visit, but the bed was so comfortable I wanted to stay longer. The room was cozy, clean, and quiet, and the hotel personnel were friendly. I really appreciated having a microwave, which many hotels no longer provide. The upholstered furniture needs a good cleaning or replacing, and a spare blanket would have made the room feel like home. I think this hotel is undergoing some renovations, so maybe the next time I’m there it will be even better.

One of the pet-friendliest stays we have enjoyed! Every employee was so friendly and welcoming to us. You could tell they put a lot of heart into taking care of the property as well.

Hotel is dated and in the process of a remodel. Noisy when we arrived. The rest of stay was quiet. Cleaning and breakfast staff were friendly and polite.

I would not stay at this Hampton Inn again... it's not the worst hotel experience I've ever had, but there were some weird issues that overall make it seem like the place isn't taken care of that well.
For example: the pillows were super thin, flat, and lumpy, and the chaise lounge in the room was so stained I didn't even want to put anything on it. The bathroom was mostly clean, but there were someone else's loose hairs on the walls of the shower when we got there. :(
The alarm clocks in our room and at least two of our friends' rooms had not been updated for daylight savings time -- which was a week ago.
When leaving our room, the door did not automatically lock behind us. We had to swipe our key card again, wait for the light to flash green, then blink red, then lock... I've never stayed in a hotel where we had to manually lock the door.
We got a text from the front desk after check in saying we could be in touch with any questions, but when I texted to find out when breakfast started in the morning, I didn't get a response. We tried to use the room phone to call the front desk, but there was no dial tone.
Finally -- the smoke detector in our room was blinking orange all night. Not sure if that's regular or if the batteries are low... but with the lights out, it was like a strobe light -- I wish I had brought an eye mask.

The hotel was very clean. The bed was super comfy. Our room had a large sceeen TV. Breakfast was wonderful. Hot tub and pool were great. My only complaint would be the staff. Not very friendly at all. A definite must stay overall°

Half way clean. Toilet I had to clean it because it had hairs and after flush it stay running had to lift lever. Bed pillow smell like sweat and the bed had lost of dog hair (was not fresh blankets or pillows cases) I ended up going to CVS due to allergies from the dog hair.

It was OK this time-the last time was Octoer 2022 and it was not fine. Only one elevator was working- one morning there was nothing for breakfast. Some reason there were no food deliveries. A personal friend left a gift for me that disappeared and no one could find it. Staff said it must have been left at the wrong hotel but that was impossible as the giver was a Plymothian and knew well his whereabouts. I complained but it was never properly acknowledged.
Breakfast was good this morning at 7:15- hot- toast was well toasted on only one run through- wheat bread was delicious, Staff was more than cordial. This was a big improvement. Elevators looked like they were new.

The bathroom had a bar of soap and some liquid soap in the tub but nothing else. No shower cap made it hard to shower. I had never seen a hotel bathroom without some toiletries in it.

The room was very nice and the beds are so comfortable.The breakfast is always delicious. The staff is wonderful and helpful. We always stay at Hampton Inns when we travel.

We had an unfortunate incident during our stay. We left the hotel Jun 8, 2023 at 2:30pm. Our room was left with beds unmade and towels on the floor. When we returned at 10:30pm our door to room 219 was left open. The beds were made and bathroom was cleaned. I can only assume housekeeping did not close the door fully. Thankfully nothing was taken, but it is unnerving to see our room left open.

Only one person behind desk DOESNT acknowledge us at all no “be with you in a moment” nothing and a guy cuts in front of us and they start helping him?!? Room was OLD and BEAT TO HELL. Scuffs and scrapes all over junk in the halls or just felt dirty and we’ve stayed here at least 6 times. This was DISGUSTING.
We were told house keeping was once every other day so no one would be in our room Saturday so we didn’t bother to pick up (we always do it’s only polite to make sure things are tidy when they come in to make the bed) we come back of course bed is made we’re mortified.
Food was ABSOLUTELY INEDIBLE. Raw potato’s ice cold sausage eggs that tasted like wet sponges. Will never stay here again. Already canceled next trip and won’t return. Only bonus? There was a bathtub oh but the shower had no pressure so it was

The bed was pretty clean, the bathroom also clean but needs re-caulking, rusty stain near the toilet.
I stayed in many Hampton Inns, the one in Plymouth was so disappointing.
