It was very comfortable and clean. The front desk was very nice and professional.

The front desk staff was so welcoming & helpful. They had the office smelling so nice & it was decorated so cute for Christmas. The room was spacious, smelled good & was clean. It had a full size refrigerator, microwave, kitchen table, two couch seats & the two beds. The parking lot is pretty small & if you’re on the side by Marsha Sharp freeway there isn’t parking by your room. You have to park in the middle section & walk around the building to get to your room. The walls are kind of thin so you may hear people talking, for us it was someone on the 2nd floor who had a dog. In their defense the pup had to be pretty big because you could hear every time it walked across the floor or would jump off of the furniture or bed. Other than that, we had no complaints. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for your next stay.

Walls are paper thin and if people have dogs in adjacent rooms you can easily hear them. Room are nice and large

I love the kitchen area, the setup is nice and cozy, its clean. Reminds me if a little apartment. Definitely would recommend for a hotel stay if you are visiting Lubbock.

Clean, cool and cozy with all the comforts of home. Great bed and pillows, very clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

Very basic. Found soap under the comforter above the mattress making it lumpy. Kitchen had nothing to use for a meal. AC was all or none. TV too small and room had a mild odor.

The room was good and bed were good. It severed our family great.

It was amazing and relaxing. First room giving was next to someone with a dog and this is a pet friendly hotel but, I asked them to move me and they did with no problems at all. Front desk was very friendly and understanding.

I did not stay.They had no elevator and I am handicapped. The hotel cancelled the reservation, thankfully

This time my parents stay was much better. They room was clean, the property has painted rooms, fixed broken things and replaced broken items. This property has improved over their last stay.

It's small tight spot. But it's all good.

Parking was extremely tight, the gap on bottom of the front door was an inch! We heard the freeway traffic quite loudly.

Dirty bath tub, hairs in towels, room had a very fowl smell.

Nice and quiet. Convenient. Only negative was parking.

I was VERY pleased with my stay!! I received a warm welcome upon check-in and my room was all that I needed it to be and then some. Definitely will be my hotel of choice when I visit Lubbock TX again!

Manager was really nice. Property was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is there was no parking on our side of the motel.

Person in the office was great. Very helpful. Cleaning crew loaded up the walkways with trash while they cleaned other rooms. Room was marginally clean, smelled of smoke.

The bathroom only had a 1/2 roll of toilet paper they sprayed some spray to make it smell better they hadnt mopped the floors in months the floors were dirty looking the walls where dirty i ask had they cleaned the rooms they said yes the two workers that suposingly cleaned it left candy wrapper in ice box so that says they hadnt cleaned it in a while or looked in it nice location nice workers

You get Bed bugs here if u stay for a few hours!! Wouldn’t recommend this place to the dead!!

No pool, lots of construction in the area and 1 of 2 rooms smelled like mildew.

The lady was really nice the rooms were nice and I would definitely be staying again
