Great spot in Kleve, convenient to walk to the shops, bars and restaurants with reasonable paid parking below (15 Euro/night). Comfortable rooms.

Stay most years as family in the town but sad to watch it deteriorate as it’s in a great position with some nice views Still have curtains off walls tv not working and reception said they’d sort it but didn’t/couldnt but no communication explanation etc Bars and food around are plentiful locally buffet breakfast has shrunk but nice enough choice

Great hotel very well in place. Clean and all its personnel at your disposal when needed. I'll back for sure.

We lost our daughter’s stuffed animal and they did everything to send it back. The costumers service is amazing. Breakfast was nice and the room was very big. We will go back.

no complains at all. we are used to use two pillows pp and we got the extra ones in minutes. Its another formula but this accomodation is absolutely worth the money. perfect breakfast and good parking facilities.

The shower was right in front of the bed which gives no privacy at all. The receptionists are really rude and unprofessional and unhelpful.

First time to stay here for a night, and would definitely recommend. The friendly staff informed us on our check-in that it’s live jazz night and it could be a little loud in the evening. But hey, it’s indeed a beautiful “noise” we could enjoy from our balcony. :)

Amazingly large space for a hotel in a small European town. Quiet and charming, and very conveniently located for visiting local customers on business.

Standard room using Tesco vouchers as before but nets in bad condition numerous holes and tears receptionist Max upgraded us and had lovely room although hotel is being updated there are still elements that need to be addressed for guests Sauna is good needs to be booked an hour in advance but no water provided in bottles by which time it’s too late to go and ask A few extra items in reception as only had one toothbrush left for us but all staff are very efficient and friendly Good prices on food and beverages and Pascal on the bar very happy to make a cocktail he’d never made before Will always go back and look forward to the finished upgrade of Rilano

We checked in after hours, and that was a little bit tricky. There's no one at reception after 10 o'clock at night, but the people that helped us on the phone were super helpful. There's an underground parking garage that you have to pay for, but it's really nice and convenient. The room was great and spacious And we liked that there was a little fridge as well.

Hotel location is good. Staff is very good. The room design is somewhat strange they have gone through the effort of making an open plan bathroom which means there is shower cubicle, and toilet cubicle whereas the sink basin is attached to the desk in the room. When you are sharing room with family then this can be extremely awkward. I this this is silly. Secondly there was a £15 charge for parking overnight I wasn’t informed of when booking the room.

Professional and clean hotel, staff always willing to help and support with a smile. Location is great with Kleve offering plenty of attractions and restaurants within walking distance.

very clean hotel in nice enviroment next to a river with some bars and restaurants. due to covid 19 there was no breackfast buffet, only take away breakfast.

Great location and hotel if you're looking for a place in Kleve. We've stayed here before and really enjoyed the hotel, however, this time the room wasn't as clean as one would expect. We had to request someone come in and thoroughly clean the room after we arrived because it had a foul smell. Once they did that, the smell disappeared.

Very disappointed as not had this level of negative experience before at this hotel Upgraded to superior room no coffee machine had to ask for mirror and hairdryer and no housekeeping on two night stay or change of towels even after informing reception and cleaning staff

Very nice and modern Hotel. Staff are always very friendly and the food is good. Rooms are very clean and large, with very fair mini bar prices.

The room was very nice but extremely warm! The AC could not cool the room down! The showers are glass and completely see through to the bed and sleeping area.

Stayed here several times. Always enjoyable.Rooms spacious and clean with a huge shower. Good air conditioning and drinks in fridge for 1 Euro each so no rip off.Hotel has a very nice terrace where you can sit and have a drink or a meal. Comfortable sofas with umbrellas for shade.Bbq nights offer a buffet dinner but the restaurant does very good food. Would recommend the Rilano burger.Hotel has its own parking underground, it is a bit pricey at 13 Euro / night but you can park locally for less.All in all a good hotel that I keep returning to.

There was no one at the front desk when I checked in. The front desk should always be attended. The room had a mechanism that required the key card to be in a slot for the air conditioning to work. So, when I went out for dinner, I came back to a room that was way too hot.

Clean rooms, but the double bed is from 2 small mattresses. Sheets are small too. This is the only negative I can say, everything else was very good.

Great hotel, great staff, incredible room, and good food. The only thing I didn’t care for was that my bed was two small beds pushed together. So, they would separate in the middle as I slept. Other than that the stay was perfect!!!!

My hotelroom was dirty, everywhere hairs on the ground and in the bed. The hotelstaff was unfriendly.
