It was a great place to stay everything was close just great place and experience in all.

close to alot of things we wanted to do on our trip

Restroom was dirty, shower curtain had puke on it. Pillows were dirty and the carpet was wet in front of the refrigerator extending out about two feet.

Will stay here again

Limited items for breakfast. What they had was served cold and they were out of food by 745 although it was to be served until 9. We called down for towels and had to get them ourselves because they didnt have anyone to bring them up. The room wax clean and well kept and the balcony was nice.

This was a last minute trip with my husband and myself. We had never stayed here before but had watched a YouTube video of another couple that stayed here and it looked ok so we decided to try it. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was nothing fancy but was clean(very important to us), cold and comfortable! The temps outside were in the high 90's but our room was always pleasantly cold and we were thankful for that. The beds were a little hard but we have slept on worse. My husband went to breakfast on the first morning and said that we wouldn't waste our time going back to breakfast because it wasn't good. Rubbery sausage, hard little biscuits that had to be microwaved, runny gravy, scrambled eggs( he said they were ok), bread for toast, little muffins and maybe yogurt and juice. We loved the back porch area with rocking chairs and benches by the river and the covered parking area. We would definitely stay again!

In a very convenient location. Overall our stay was pleasurably nice.

It was ok. In the main part of town. We were busy with a wedding so we didn’t spend much time there. I liked the outdoor chairs and sitting areas in the lobby. The young person who checked us in was very kind and answered a lot of questions. Unfortunately the others minding the desk tended to be rude. Overall we would consider another stay.

Very nice place to stay if you and your family are out and about all day. Very close to activities as well as places to eat! Friendly and helpful staff! Will definitely stay again when in Pigeon Forge again.

Our stay was a weekend getaway. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. There is a walkway down to the river. There is plenty of parking. The balcony is great but there is no view of the river due to tree foliage. Staff is friendly.

Good location and good price

It was ok the outside pool was down the entire stay which was part of the reason I booked it it was way to hot out during our stay to use the heated inside pool it’s good to stay for a day or two the breakfast was the same every morning which I used the microwave to re heat up my food as it was cool to the touch had a good view on the top floor of the mountains so that helped but otherwise I will stay else where

Front desk rude and not helpful or customer friendly. Breakfast mediocre. Carpets dirty, only positive was Ned’s were comfortable. Would not stay here again or recommend.

The rocking chairs by the river and the wildlife

The hotel room was clean but the lady at the front desk when I checked in was really rude and annoying.

This was a cheap place to stay. The carpets were dirty, there were splatters on something on the bathroom walls. The tile floor was dirty. But the bedding was clean and free of bugs. It wasn't the nicest place to stay, and I probably wouldn't take kids who would be all over the floor, but for the most part it was worth what we paid.

Only complaint was breakfast. Biscuits were horrible and hostess was very rude. On Tuesday, only day we came to breakfast while we were there 6 days. Did not do it again

love the river views behind it and its location but pool could be open later for adults and seemed a little cloudy

Great as always, only place I stay when I'm in town. Only issue was the bathtub had some draining issues but wasn't a problem and drained eventually. Otherwise great as usual, will continue to stay here. Best place for the value on the Parkway, no doubt.

Picnic area by river was relaxing. Good. Slur for facilities and location. Food briefly ran short at breakfast bar.

Nothing wrong with the inn The advertisement is miss leading We were thinking we would look out room at river . Or be on the river . You have to leave the inn and go outside to see the river

Crappy place very poor lighting. Was supposed to be a creekside room, could hardly see the room, towels all worn put and raggef. A real overpriced craphole

average stay at an average hotel. Nice people. Older property

The staff was kind. The place was fairly clean. But pool was tiny. The environment was a bit stuffy. But very close to everything for a good price.

Nice stay. Comfortable beds and quiet. Good breakfast and coffee.
