The property has the best location on West Bay as it is fronted by the best part of the beach. The furnishings need an update as they are quite aging, but the highlight of this place is the bar area. The bartenders are very friendly and they can make you feel like family. I enjoyed my stay because of them. Marya and Frank are excellent!

The furniture in the livingroom area is very worn, needed to be replaced 4 years ago when I stayed there, were surprised this time that the same one were still there. The vertical blinds were broken, they kept falling out when trying to open or close them.

This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Roatan. The location and hotel are beautiful. They have upgraded many things and keep the place clean. The staff are friendly to everyone and are always willing to help. I LOVE Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort. This is my vacation place when I visit Roatan. It is safe and worth every penny.

It was a bittersweet experience. The place is beautiful but the food was disgusting. My family and I got sick idk what their food has but we got a infection and that made our vacation a total nighmare

We had a family trip to Infinity Bay. We came two years ago to Infinity and had a great experience. This time around it was honestly a two out of five. Poor customer service unless you are a “frequent traveler” to their resort. We had our rooms changed twice due to maintenance (our door lock stopped working and next room TV and fridge stopped working). They are to corporate and policy driven that they ah e lost the Roatan friendliness and welcoming attitude that has brought us back the last five years.

Excellent staff and courteous

The property has been ungraded with a 2nd pool from my last visit and they are presently doing some property upgrades. The issue I had with my room within the bathroom was quickly addressed by the maintenance crew which I was pleased with. The only negative I can recall now is that the ice dispenser on the fridge was not working properly so I just had to manually retrieve the ice from inside the fridge.

The check in process is absolutely horrible. We walked in on a Monday evening, they were dead and after we booked our room even though they have rooms available they made us wait atleast an hour and a half for the room. They said had to clean the room and also then be inspected. If you have rooms availble doesnt this mean they are clean. I was not happy with this since my husband was not feeling well. The pool is hot during the day and not fun, but in the evening it feels nice. They should not heat the pool. Food was good and the drinks were good. A bit pricey for what you get.

Beautiful beach access with nice snorkeling. Pool was fantastic. Food was excellent. Everything was clean. Staff helpful and friendly.

Place was nice and would consider staying here again. Be sure you check closely the cost / person when booking... casue when you arrive they will charge you extra for additional person, even if the hotel room says its for X number of people. Typically when i book a suite i assume 3 people can stay at that price- not the case. So be sure you check the pricing per person.

I absolutely loved the resort and the area. Unfortunately the reason why I gave my rating is because the front reception staff was terrible, our refrigerator water and ice machine was broken throughout our whole stay. We were promised it would get fixed same day we placed the request and a week later it was never fixed. One of the staff told us that they would send over a gallon of water as courtesy for the inconvenience but we never received it when we went to ask for it we were informed that they don’t give free water. We had to complain 9 times regarding fixing the fridge and it was never fixed. The poor customer service only applies to the front reception area that seemed like it was an inconvenience when they were asked a question, constantly on their cell phones . The bar staff and waiters were super accommodating and nice. For the amount we paid I would expect friendlier better trained staff.

The property never disappoints. The new pool was amazing! The only concern was that I could not locate how to turn on the jets for the jacuzzi and there was no pool attendant for me to ask. Danery Fisher at the reception desk was exceptional! Her customer service was impeccable. Thanks for yet another great stay! Will definitely be back!

This was a wonderful stay. The location was perfect and the accommodations were very comfortable. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bath for a family of 4.

Always the top place to stay in Roatan. Dive shop on site is also first class. Guides and service are best on the island. Pools and beaches are spotless and convenient water taxi to West End for nightlife.

This was a great experience … beach front was amazing overlooking the infinity pool by the bar ! Super clean. This is a snorkel dream parádise. You can snorkel right off the beach with bunch of sea and plant life to see for free.

Positives: Location is hard to beat. Great access to all things in West Bay (Restaurants, Bars, water taxi, etc) Great beach Good snorkeling - no need for a tour - day or night Visible security at all times; however, area would have felt safe without them. Breakfast buffet and service was very good. Kitchen and serving staff here were awesome! Very spacious accommodation Housekeeping does a good job keeping rooms clean Beautifully kept grounds Full kitchen with reasonable amount of cooking utensils Dive shop staff were also fantastic; although, bottom time is limited to ~45-50 minutes. DM’s sometimes lead the dive at a fast pace which makes it hard to enjoy the dive if you were really concerned with staying close to them; however, they never complained when I went slower, staying at the back of the pack to I could enjoy the dive. Negatives: Beds are hard and pillows are firm which is not a good combo. Light blocking curtains described are really just vertical blinds which have seen better days. Impossible to get them fully closed and block out light adequately. Despite room being kept clean, walls had lots of scuff marks Having to wear bracelets 24/7 to show you are a guest applied. Having to worry about loosing one of the following to avoid extra charges: Lost Room Key $10 Lost Towel Card $25 Lost Wristband $40 (& having to wear the wristband 24 hrs/day) Front desk does not ask how you enjoyed your stay at checkout and does not warmly great guests at check-in.

Washer and dryer was listed on itenerary, resort made us pay again when we arrived. Washer and dryer did not work in our first room. Front desk was not pleasant, finally moved us to another room after 2 days without washer and dryer. Second rooms’ washer and dryer flooded kitchen floor. Air conditioner in second master bed room never worked despite letting front desk know, water it’s in bathroom. We woke up every morning to loud sound of a lift going up and down for workers, it continued until after 10 pm at night. When we called Expedia for help, they told us to work it out with from desk! Will never stay at Infinity Bay again or use Expedia.

Nice resort

I love Infinity Bay! I would recommend this resort to everybody. Such a beautiful location. Easy access to the clear water beach and their pools are amazing. My kids loved the pool. We stayed in the two-bedroom suite, and it was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was my favorite part. You guys served us with so many good options. It was really nice. The only thing that I disliked was the air conditioning in hotel lobby at check-in was not cold enough. Also, my airport shuttle pick up experience was horrible. We were one of the last family standing outside to be picked up after calling you guys numerous of times and getting a different story of when the driver will arrive. But overall, my family and I really enjoyed ourselves at Infinity Bay! We will be back :)

Perfect location for diving.

Beautiful place for me and my wife to spend our 26th year anniversary. Friendly staff, clean condos, beautiful pools, easy access to the beach. I had a blast. It was beautiful.

Infinity is my go to hotel in Roatan from now on!!! Definitely recommend!!!:)
